Very comfortable. Firm, but not too hard. Great head support. Greater length allows more comfortable rolls. Expensive, but definitely of very good quality.

I ordered two of these pillows. They showed up a data late (disappointing since I used Amazon Prime)and when i unpacked the product they appeared to be the same pillow (package was identical). I lifted the pillows and noticed that one was slightly lighter than the other. We slept on them one night and I inspected both pillows and there is a significant difference in them. Returning the faulty pillow for a new one.
