I ordered the blue denim and red versions of this floor pillow. I received the red one and it was perfect, great color in good shape and just as pictured. The Denim one however had it's buttons broken (not just loose sewing but the button was actually broken) but I still loved it so I decided to go for an exchange. They sent out another one quick, no cost for return shipping, ups picked up the old one at my door. But then I opened the box and yet again the buttons were broken. They returned the item for me and did not give the option to exchange. I REALLY wanted the pillow though because it is perfect for the "dream" bedroom I am doing for my child. So I returned the other and decided to buy one more time to see if 3 times a charm...just received it (this time via Fedex not ups) and the same problem. I didn't even have to pull the pillow completely out of the box before I saw the button fall out of the box. So, I have in fact learned my lesson and have given up on the blue pillow. You would think after repeated issue with the product (exact issue) they would have inspected the items before shipping. I will be keeping the red one I purchased though, because like I said these are really cute floor pillows. Just disappointed that the denim ones are all damaged.Save 7% Off
