Kokopelli Native American Decorative Throw Pillow 17" x 17"

Pillows, shown as 17x17, may have measured this before being stuffed but did not measure as advertised. I called and sent pictures of their "17 inch" pillow next to my old 17" pillow showing the difference. They agreed to a full refund. The refund was for $15.00 less. They said this was S&H + 20% restock fee. They agreed to refund both. They did not. I called back. They again said they would but the next refund was for $8.00.

Item is a pictured but no description saying that only one side of pillow looks like this and that other side is simply a blank beige cloth. Very disappointed, guess I should have asked first. Not what I expected, other ads at least tell you it is only one sided. POOR DESCRIPTION.

Though the pillow is cute. It is disappointing as the size is not as advertised. It actually is more like 14x14.

I gave it 3 stars because the colors are nice and the pattern looks good. It did not look like it was well stuffed, a bit flimsy on corners. All in all I do like the pillow, but when it is not fully stuffed it is hard to see the patterns.

I really love the design on these pillows that's why I bought them but they need more filling in them. I put them on my couch and once they are pressed on from a back or a head (I realize they are throw pillows and for decoration purposes only but my family likes to use them for resting on the couch) they flatten and are hard to re-fluff.
