I have gone through cycles of love/hate with these pillows. First, they were waaaaay too big (read: fluffy and high) and I didn't like them. Then, after using one for about a month it became perfect...not too fluffy, not too flat. But, that one month was the window. Now that it's over, the pillow is lumpy and headed toward the flat side. I think next time I will spend the extra money and buy real--high quality-down.
