Just received the two Patriotic Patch Quilted Pillows. They are exactly what I was looking for. I have a large brown leather couch and the pillows look wonderful on it. I don't think the description on the computer says enough. There are two buttons on the back of the pillow that allow you to remove the lining for easy washing. They have an authentic quilt look about them and are very homey.

I ordered these with high expectations. I read the other reviews and felt confident that my fifty dollars was being well spent on what would be two very nice pillows. WRONG!

These looked nothing like the photo. They didn't even seem to be constructed with patches of fabric, but just a solid piece of fabric, printed to look like squares. The fabric was also very thin and cheap feeling and looking. Note that the back is even worse. That pattern doesn't extend to the back, but has been finished with an awful 80's pattern that cheapens the finished look all the more. Last, they are very small, poorly filled, and dingy.

Look hand made. Love these pillows! I bought two. Comes stuffed. Great price. They go great with some of their other decor products. Highly recommend.

I've been buying a lot of pillows as of late as part of a redesign with the some new furniture. My living room is done in an early American flavor, and when I came across these pillows they seemed perfect. But of course when you buy something like this online you always take the chance they won't look as nice as they do in the picture. Fortunately this is one of those times when the item exceeded my expectations as to its appearance and quality. I don't know a whole lot about pillows, but I know what I like, and whats comfortable. This pillow is actually more colorful in real life, and in my opinion just the right softness to both look nice, and provide a decent pillow for a good nap. Not too hard, and definitely not too mushy. Also, I think the price of this pillow is very reasonable compared to a lot I saw locally. Most around this price were of one color, or very little in the way of design. This has a very clear, bright early american patchwork design and comes at a very reasonable price here on Amazon. Especially when you order 2 or more and make the shipping charge worth it. The only thing I feel I should mention is its size. I believe that the 16" square that is listed in the description is a measurement of the fabric size before stuffing and sewing it together. For stuffed and completed it is barely 15" overall. Only an inch or so smaller, and something I feel is the norm in measurements of pillows kind of universally. Certainly not a reason to reject this really handsome quality pillow. I just thought I would mention it. If you like the looks of this pillow, I recommend you buy 2 or more right here on Amazon and enjoy the looks and comfort of them for many years to come...
