I bought this for my 2 year old's birthday because he is obsessed with trains! The second he unwrapped it, he laid down and put his head on it knowing it was a pillow. He will not sleep without it and it is the perfect size for a little guy still in a crib. He does not go anywhere without it. I love it because he is happy and there are no metal parts, buttons or anything else to worry about when it comes to choking on something.

My 18M got this for xmas, he absolutely adores it. He doesn't know it's a pillow, to him is just another "Teddy". Very well constructed, the fabric hardly sheds anything.
