I don't know why all the travel pillows (except this one) are shaped to fit around your neck. This wonderful pillow is just what it seems to be a simple inflatable pillow which can replace the bulky pillows normally given out in aircraft, allowing you to change the inflation to more comfortably mould your head into the seat cushion. An excellent product!
