After trying very expensive ($300) feather and down pillow combinations, I was so happy to find this goose down pillow. It doesn't have a lot of loft that I would expect in a 750 fill, but the comfort is amazing. Just like Westin Hotel pillows. You might need to layer two for side sleeping, but one is generally enough. After sleeping on it and comparing it to much more expensive pillows, I'd say it's a great value for what you get. Happy sleeping!

I'll keep it brief: this is a superb pillow. A few ounces more fill than most of the competition, well constructed and comfortable beyond expectations; it is a winner. Excellent value for the price.

The Army does lousy beds and worse pillows. Once I got settled in Iraq I ordered the full meal deal for sleeping, including this pillow. It was heaven! I usually don't sleep easily or well, but the pillow was absolutely heavenly! When I ordered it I was told that it wouldn't be delivered until after Christmas, but I actually received it in less than a week which is excellent for anything that has to go through the military postal system!

When removed from the shipping box the pillow was only about 2 inches thick. On further examination I discovered a strange odor. I don't believe the seller's description of the pillow is accurate, as I compared the pillow received to a pillow from a local department store with lesser fill and specified weight. The department store pillow was way better and without the smell. The department store pillow was made in the USA and this one in China. I felt that the seller should have disclosed the origin of the pillow, as that would have affected my decision. I returned the pillow back to the seller without trying it out, as I was very concerned about the sanitary condition of the pillow due to its strange smell.

The pillow had a very bad smell. The awful smell was noticeable as soon as I opened the package. I can't believe anyone would sell a pillow that smelt this bad. I'm throwing away the pillow and never buying from them again.

I like it a lot and it is a great buy, but because it is so thick you need a slightly deeper chair because it forces you to the very front of your chair. It was fantastic on my slightly deeper chair at home and forces me to use correct posture. It also happens to make a great foot rest if you get tired of sitting correctly and just want to slouch.

To tell the truth, I'm not in position to rate this product since I'm returning it without using it. The box came in at 23 lbs according to DHL. It should've been 38 lbs if it was 5.5 lbs/cf. I called All Sleep, and they said 5.5 is their own softness rating, not the standard lbs/cf density measure like tempurpedic 5.5, or standard ILD softness measure. (At the weight of 23 lbs, it's more like 3 lbs/cf, which is about the same what you get from places like costco). They agreed give me the full refund since I felt misled, so I'm not complaining. Just be aware that 5.5 does not mean 5.5 lbs/cf, and enjoy it if you like the softness. (5.5 is their softest topper).

I am always suspicious of anything with excellent claims. I was pleasently surprised with this product. The support for all points on the body is excellent. 3 inches is plenty of cusion for this. It breathes well and does not radiate body heat to make you sweat.

I no longer have the aches and sore places while in bed or when I wake up. While this is not a magic cure for insomnia, you will indeed be pleased with this. I have found that it works best when you flip or rotate this once a month.

The mattress pad comes essentially shrunk wrapped, but once opened up quickly expands to its full size. Some customers have complained of an unpleasant factory smell. For the first several days, there is a scent, but I did not find it unpleasant and it was not much different from the scent one finds in buying plastic products at the store--e.g. air mattress. The mattress pad also comes with a memory foam pillow, contoured for the nestling of neck and head. Sheets are not included. Without sheets, the foam has an almost adhesive texture (not actually sticky, but reminds you of that feeling), so I personally use cover sheets and pillowcase.

How does the bed work for the back? It did not cure my back problems, but I do notice the absence of pains I had when using a regular mattress. My sleep is definitely improved, and the mattress seems to minimize resistance pressure on my body, for in the morning I feel too comfortable to get up!

I have owned my memory foam mattress and pillow for about a year now, and it still is holding up fairly well. The foam itself still maintains its basic shape. I thought the foam might collapse within a few months, but it has held rather strong. The mattress surface has yellowed somewhat, which I thought might happen, but since I use mattress covers this is has not been a major concern for me. A few areas along the edge show mild wear and tear. Be careful not to put heavy material objects on the mattress, especially along the edge, since it may tear a small piece from the mattress. The foam is much stronger than styrofoam, but it still is susceptible to ripping.

For the price, this memory foam mattress is definitely worth the purchase, and were I to buy another memory foam mattress, I likely would choose the same brand. This mattress is 3 inch in thickness. There are thicknesses thinner and wider. I notice from other reviews that some customers prefer the harder (thinner) mattress while others prefer the softer (thicker) mattress. If you are looking for a memory foam mattress, it may be in your interest to test, if possible, different foam mattress thicknesses before committing to purchase.

I have a herniated c4/5 disk which has caused much discomfort with arm/hand numbness and neck pain while sleeping. I have tried several pillows and eventually found the best relief without a pillow. This little baby has caused me to enjoy pain free sleep since I received it.

Make sure you get the large if you have a neck size of like..15" or more (like most men). Another thing: The color bleeds like crazy so you can save lots of hassle by just washing the thing right away in hot water. I took it into the shower with me and in five minutes, had most of the excess dye removed. Funny, it didn't look any different at all.

Another thing remember to keep it a bit less than snug if you are going to lie down and sleep with it the neck veins naturally distend when you lie down and can end up feeling strangled. If you are like me, just having it on a little less than snug will keep you head in a good position all night.

Seems to wash well which is good...because I imagine if it wasn't washed periodically, it would end up smelling like a sock.

I'm glad I bought it..for the price it has been an awesome value for me.

I bought it for sitting on the airplane. Much more compact than bringing a neck pillow, and MUCH easier to clean. Getting the cover on and off of my travel ring shaped pillow was a pain and for the ones that don't have a cover, once you spill or drool on it, it's garbage!

The one I received is black, which I'm actually happy about, but if you're expecting blue, just realize that you may or may not get it.

Support is halfway between "bare neck" and "neck brace". Maybe a little less than I would want, but I guess more than I can ask for in such a little package. Don't forget that it does insulate, so after while, your core temperature will increase. I find that to be beneficial because airplanes are always too cold anyway!

Nice for the intended use: travelling. Not sure about using it medically as I have no problems with my neck...yet! Definitely a nice companion in my carry on.

Be sure and select the right size. "Regular Size" in China would be a neck measuring 12" to 15" in circumference. This is too small for most American Men. A "Large Size" is for necks measuring 15 1/4" to 17 1/4."

The neck rest is better made (and less conspicuous to wear) than the white ones available at your local drugstore.

UPDATE 1/18/10: The black die that makes the collar inconspicuous bleeds. It will stain your neck but the stain washes off easily. However, it is a more difficult to remove the stain from white turtle necks.

The mattress is comfortable. That being said, the box spring was damaged during shipping. It is ripped on one side, and dented where the springs are (my husband will try to fix it, but otherwise it will be at the foot of the bed). The corner protector on the the opposite end is broken. We are keeping it, as we have out of state visitors coming tomorrow for a week. This is one of the times where spending more and staying local would have been a better option. Once again, the mattress is comfortable.

Despite other bad reviews, I really loved this set and had to try it. I like that it's reversible. One side makes me think of spring and the other is perfect for the fall/winter season. It was shipped really quickly; and as soon as it came in the mail, I threw it right on my bed. The blanket DID NOT come out lumpy and everything fit perfect. My boyfriend really likes it to. I don't plan on washing it very often so I don't know if it will lump up in the wash. I imagine it would but I sleep under my sheets, so I don't come in contact with my comforter often. Also, it isn't extremely thick, but it's not very thin. If you live in the desert like me, half the year you'll be taking it off the bed.

My daughter had been wanting one of these for sooo long! She turned 18 and well I ordered her one! ( call me old fashioned I do not care, but 18 might not really be old enough for your daughter to be cuddling up to a man all night long even he does have orange cartoon hair) LoL! But you know what? Love this chair I had one before this one and finally wore it out after 10 years. This chair is even better than the old one. I like the heat and massage features and the timer on them. My old chair didn't have a timer and my Dad burned out the unit after forgetting to turn off the unit many times. So, this is a great feature. My dogs especially like the heat feature when they been out in the cold. They'll snuggle right up to us and the back of the chair to get warm. Also having all the controls in one place is so nice. The old chair had the massage controls on the side of the left arm. I like that they are now on with the lifter controls. Overall this is one great chair. That's why when my old one broke I bought another Catnapper.
