my wife picked these sheets to match the duvet cover she also picked. once received the color was not exactly what she expected so we contacted the seller and received an amazing customer service. when we explained the situation to them, they said they will replace it with a product that matches better to the duvet cover (which BTW we also purchased from this seller). they said they will ship the item first to us and if we like it to send back the sheets we originally purchased. they even paid for S&H charges. i know our next purchase for bedding will be with them again. as for the quality of the sheets goes (we got the beige ones, 1200 thread count cotton in CA king size)my wife washed them according to the label instructions, dried them in the drier, put them on the bad and we slept in a cloud. they are very soft and nicely made.

Based on the reviews and the price, I purchased this set in Taupe and White. I'm returning both. I have had 1000 thread-count sheets for nearly 10 years (purchased elsewhere) and have been EXTREMELY happy with the quality, durability, softness, and feel. So this is the standard I was expecting.

These new sheets compared to my old ones are poor quality, thin, do not feel like 1200 TC (or even 600), and wrinkle easily. The taupe ones I washed a few times, and dried with 5 sheets of fabric softener, and it's still not soft. The white ones I haven't even opened.

I'm unhappy with my purchase and am returning them.

These sheets are really high quality, and straight away you can tell they're sturdy and will last a good while, but for 1200 TC you'd think it'd be a tad softer, but next wash I'm going to try some liquid fabric softener. Should do the trick. The color in the picture is spot on though, which looks fantastic!

They're nice, to me the don't seem as soft as I would have expected for 1200 thread count. They wash well, the fit reasonably well. I've had trouble with my corner sliding up although I suspect that's because my mattress pad was a king not a cal. King. We'll most likely order another set.

I have asked several people what color they thought the flower was and ALL said green. So just know they are a shade of green and not a shade of blue if purchasing.

They look nice in the living room where we have a navy couch and a brown couch. Careful removing the tags as I ripped the pillow and had to sew it back up.

I bought two of these for our family room. The material is really nice. My only complaints are that: they are pricey and they get dirty fairly easy. I should have known with two boys and a dog that I should have scotchguarded them first. Other than that, a great buy.

I love this pillow! I bought two for my couch. I originally saw them on a couch and almost bought the couch just because I loved the look of the chocolate couch with these pillows! Luckily for me I found them online and only had to spend $40 for the pillows and was able to get the couch I actually wanted (which also is chocolate and goes perfect!). To me, the color of the flower is definitely blue with a green/brown hue. Regardless, they are amazing!

I was like no way that is my pillows when the box came in, opened it and sure enough it was my "pillows" aka zipper bags to stuff pillows in. Quality is ok but the rope looks like it could come off at any moment. Wish I would have seen these weren't actual pillows!

The fabric is a pretty eyelet.

The fabric is thin. You have to use a white pillow case, then this over it to avoid seeing the pillow through it. Also, and this is a bigger thing to me, it is not what is pictured. The photo shows nicely hemmed neat black trimmed edges. There is no black trim, and the hem is a couple of inches wide and floppy. If you try to stand them up like in the pic, they look quite sloppy. You have to lay them flat, smooth out the edges, and use another pillow over them. The sheet set and curtains were more acceptable, but if I had seen these shams first, I would have passed.

Read alot of bad reviews, took a chance anyway and am very pleased with my purchase. It is warm and lightweight!

They work well going with the comforte and all. But the other reviewer was right they are not trimmed in black like they are in the picture and they have a 3inch ruffle edging to them. But I like it, you do need big fluffy pillows to fill them right, lucky for me I had some.

I was pleasantly surprised when this item showed up. (Very quickly I might add) It was bright, just the right amount of shiny w/o looking tacky and pretty soft. It fit my feather comforter (with a little too much room to spare but no big deal) I wish it had tabs inside to attach the comforter so I didn't have to shake it out every day but again, for the price I won't complain. I have washed it one time so far and it didn't appear to fade at all and came out wrinkle free. If you are looking for top of the line this is not your item but if like me, you like to switch up your look w/o breaking the bank you can't go wrong.

Not too bad at all for the price. Very elegant and washed pretty well. I gave it 4 stars only because would rather zip closure instead of buttons.

I was really excited to get this but so disappointed when it arrived. It is NOT a true purple at all, more of a mauve or purple-brown and has all of these little snags/defects where the threading is lifted and devoid of color. I am super bummed to say that this will definitely be going back.

This bedding set fits perfectly on an over toddler size mattress. My son loves Elmo and it seems like the bedding set made it easier to put him to bed. The comforter is very plush and warm. I highly recommend it. It matches is ELMO decor perfectly.

Set looks nice, however it gets only 2 stars from me since it is 100 polyester. Web site description specify 55% cotton and 45% polyester.

If you don't care, I would say go for it as set looks nice. But for my Elmo fan this would be too warm and he will not be able to sleep in without sweating.. so this goes back.

Amazon gets a thumb down on this one.. very disappointed. Btw, it is the second time this happened.. Had the same problem when purchased "Sesame Street Construction Zone 4 Piece Toddler Set" and again received a 100% polyester product, despite the description.

so this product is LOVED by my almost 3 year son. It gets him to sleep and to STAY in his bed at night. so for that I would give it 5 stars.

a few negatives:

1) the product is much cheaper at buy buy baby...was only 39.99 and when you use a 20% coupon it's even cheaper!

2) i accidentally bought this set for my sons twin size bed. That was my error!

3) the material is scratchy and cheap but what can you expect when you're paying under 40 dollars for the entire set!

of course, my son doesn't really know the difference.

right now, i put a warmer blanket underneath to provide my son some warmth and comfort. the elmo blanket is just for show on top to let my son have fun!

It has a tiny weak zipper and the zipper keeps opening on my 11" foam mattress. If the zipper was more durable it would fit better. The manufacture only rates it for 7"-12" which is probably close to reality on a slightly shorter than standard size mattress. I would recommend add a couple inches to height to adjust.

After I have had it now for a while the zipper seems stable as long as I don't move the mattress off the bed and I think overall it is an OK product.

A decent bed encasement for the price.

Fits two 9" deep twins pushed together for a makeshift king with room to spare. The terrycloth upper is interesting, keeps the sheets in place. No rips or tears so far, even at the corners. I don't really notice that its there, doesnt make noise or heat up like others.

Cant say theres a noticeable difference in my dustmite-allergy symptoms but it cant hurt!

It IS waterproof... intersting things happened in the washing machine (hope you have an extra spin cycle or some time to squeeze it out if your washing machine is uncooperative like ours)

This item fits my mattres exactly. It feels sturdy but not uncomfortable. Sleeping on the waterproof fabric does not feel hot or even different from just the sheets. Except the sheets used to slip around on the satin mattress. The texture of the encasement helps hold the sheets in place. Make sure you have enough room to sling the king mattress around as you install the encasement. Move any breakable items away so you can still have a lamp on your night table when you finish putting the sheets on and go to sleep.

I bought this AllerZip Waterproof BedBug cover to protect a 5000$ TempurPedic mattress which I intend to have for a long time. Of course my child wanted to sleep and try out the bed and an accident happened. I didn't do much in the night assuming that the cover would do the protection (just threw a towel over it). This thing is not waterproof and now my brand new mattress smells. It keeps a bit back but it's definitely not water proof. I am very disappointed. How can a manufacturer lie so openly. They do have some warranty on the package about issues with water tight but I am certain this will stall, I am not even sure how to proof it.

This pillow arrived stuffed to the max with buckwheat hulls which made it kind of hard and uncomfortable. But thanks to the convenience of having a zippered compartment, it was easy to adjust the fullness of it. I'm giving it only three stars though because the u-shape part for the neck is too short?? It doesn't fit comfortable around the neck as it should. Either the Ushape part needs to be deeper or the little "arms" need to extend longer to make this useful around my neck. I use it primarily to support the small of my back instead.

Kind of heavy, but very good to sleep with. First time buying and pillow on line, some of the peope i work with have an pillow, and ask me to get one and try it. i did and love it.

They arrived without delay and in good condition. Colors are warm and mellow. We received two identical pillow covers, not complementary ones as in the photo. Complementary would be much nicer. Also, the fabric has small slit-like openings. Apparently this is typical of kilim weaves and not a problem. If you have the covers on feather cushions, though, you might see a lot of feathers. These pillow cases are made in China.
