We have had a set of these chairs for about 10 years and they have held up exceptionally well and are super comfortable! I am ordering 2 more now.

I bought the office guest chair from this line a couple years ago and liked it. This one is not as comfortable. I wish I had gotten a much cheaper chair I saw a Costco.

The leather cover is dull and plastic looking.

The hard plastic arms are quite comfortable, though.

01-2012 UPDATE: After using the sheets for a year, rotating with other sheet sets, this bamboo/ cotton set began to slowly shrink. There was no difference in laundering. I am sooo dissapointed. I waited what seemed forever for this duvet cover. The picture to me was completely misleading because it seemed like the duvet was double sided *white on one side and gold/yellow as the other*but it wasn't and the picture seemed like the color was a nice goldish pale yellow, but this duvet is a BOLD goldenrod. If I had to rate service, it would be 5/5 but based on the item and the picture presented it's definitely a 2. Unfortunately it's also very stiff and rough, and feels every bit of 200 thread count. The flowers are pink (had the assumption by the picture it was purple)If it wasn't for the green vines I would return it immediately. I still have yet to place my comforter inside but... for the price, it's nowhere near worth it...

I bought this Duvet set about 2 years ago for my first apartment. I absolutely LOVE this set!! I still use it as a primary duvet because I just can't let it go! I really liked this duvet set when I first saw the picture. I am so pleased with this purchase. The yellow is a goldenrod, vibrant shade of yellow and the pink flowers are the perfect compliment. Simmons Beautyrest Geo-Incline Foam Topper Pad

This is wonderful!!! It does have an odor at first but I just let it air out a few days before using it. It is sooooo comfortable and gives me the raised head area I need(I have a hiatal hernia and it's suggested I sleep with my head raised) I used a pillow wedge before this but was never really comfortable. If this wears out I will certainly buy another.

Have owned this mattress pad since Jan 2009 and can attest to it being extremely comfortable. The incline takes a little while to get used to but after you sleep on the foam it can be hard to go back to a flat bed. It has helped me snore a lot less and relieved some of the back aches and pains I used to wake up with.

The chemical smell dissipated within a week. I followed the directions and let the foam sit on the bed to fully expand for the day and used it at night.

The only negative I have found is that it has started to wear down after owning it for about 11 months. There are some foam chips in areas and the color is no longer uniform throughout. Also as others have stated normal sized fitted sheets will be a little snug on the headboard side as the foam is thickest there.

Love this item and will recommend it to anyone looking to rejuvenate their older mattress, or just to feel more comfortable and snore less. Will buy another once the price drops as gifts to my older relatives.

Jan 2011 Edit:

After about a year and a half, the pad really started to wear out. As of Jan 2011, this item is basically unusable.

I'll try and see if the warranty is still valid but the foam is now sagging badly in the middle and when you lie down, the edges around the corners of the pad all raise up. Instead of providing good resistance and support, it feels like you are falling into the middle of the bed now. More updates to follow once I am able to contact the warranty department.

I bought a king size version of this mattress from a Tuesday Morning store. The incline works OK, my wife thought it was a bit too firm, but the big problem is the stench.

In the instructions that came with this mattress it stated that there might be an odor, but that any chemical smell was supposed to dissipate within a few days of opening the packaging. Not so. It is now about six weeks and it stinks so bad with an artificial chemical or plastic smell that it is simply not usable. I am going to have to throw this thing away. Don't waste your money on this.

I've been using a wedge pillow to control my night time Reflux and it has worked well but is not very comfortable for sleeping, so I bought the inclined topper, however I did not install it as a topper. Our bed already has a very good pillow top and mattress pad and I do not like sleeping on foam.

I put it on top of the box spring, added a bed skirt to hide the foam and put the mattress on top. This effectively put the whole mattress on the proper incline.

I would also expect the foam will also last indefinitely as the load is evenly distributed.

After ordering the mattress, I got an email asking about what firmness level I wanted, and I went with the default level of 6, which was just on the plush side of medium.

The box it came in looked kind of narrow to contain a mattress, but if you look at the pictures that I submitted, you will see how it was packaged. I unrolled it and cut the plastic (and my hand in the process), and then you could hear the woosh of the air flowing into the mattress. 30 seconds later, I have a mattress that measures at 10.88 inches thick and it appears to be very comfortable.

I will continue this review in a week after sleeping on it.

It has now been a week, and I have noticed that my sleep is deeper with this mattress, and it is very conforming to both my, and my wife's body. The slight odor dissipated after 2 days, and we are enjoying this both very much. I usually sleep with a CPAP due to my sleep apnea, but my wife has informed me that even without the CPAP, I am no longer snoring because I am able to sleep continuously on my side all night.

I will update this review in a few more weeks, and let you know how the bed is holding up.

Before this, we had a Tempurpedic Celebrity bed, but while my wife loved the feel, I found it too squishy for my tastes. This bed makes a great compromise where you still get the support you need without the claustrophobic feeling.

It has now been almost 7 months since we got the mattress and it is still holding up great with one small issue. I find that you need to rotate the mattress periodically so that sometimes the foot of the mattress becomes the head. It just keeps the mattress more comfortable if you do it about every other sheet change. But otherwise, I am still very pleased with it.

On another note, it works great with an adjustable base platform.

From the research I did, this mattress was consistently in the top 3 for my personal choices. It is made from high quality-durable materials that include 3" of talalay latex, 5.5" of 2.35lbs of high density base foam, 1.5" of a soft comfort layer foam, and a soft bamboo cover. The Amazon price was much lower than equivalent mattresses made from lower quality materials. The company also personally customizes each mattress made to a firmness level that fits your request.

**Most research I did was through (www)sleeplikethedead(com) and (www)themattressunderground(com) both sites provided good information that helped me make an informed decision.

Latex was one of my personal requirements in a mattress because of its myriad of benefits. It keeps cool when sleeping, is a fast response foam, is easy to move around on (you sleep ON the mattress instead of IN the mattress), and is one of the most durable and long lasting foams on the market. My husband and I dislike memory foam since it is a slow response foam that keeps you sleeping hot, is hard to move around on, and isn't as durable as latex.

The 2.35lbs of high density base (support) foam is of a higher quality than most of the comparable mattresses I found at Costco, Sam's Club, and any of the larger mattress manufacturers. Also, it was really hard to compare materials from the mass market manufacturers since often times they didn't know materials contained within their mattresses. When I did get some comparison information, many used 1.8lb density support foam that isn't as durable as 2.35lb support foam. When comparing memory and polyfoam, the density is pretty important and plays a big part of how durable the mattress will be. Also, many mass market mattress stores charged MUCH higher prices for comparable materials even with their "sale" prices.

After researching, testing the feel of latex, and deciding on a firmness, I chose a level 4-medium/firm. I had some other questions that Chuck from Brooklyn Bedding answered promptly. I knew that, personally, I wanted a firmer more supportive mattress that I could put my latex Seven Comforts Premium Latex Foam Mattress Pad (King) on as a comfort layer. This turned out to be an amazing combination! After sleeping on these last night, it was easier to stay in bed and when I got up, I had reduced stiffness. Also, I didn't have any shoulder or hip pain since I didn't have any pressure points when sleeping! My husband gave it high marks as well saying he slept deeper than he has in many years.

This is a very good quality mattress at a very good price. My husband and I are very pleased with it and while there is some nervousness about buying a mattress online (without having any kind of easy return policy), I think if you fully research your needs and comfort levels this is a really great deal. I would highly recommend this mattress and the folks at Brooklyn Bedding are good mattress people.

I purchased this after reading very favorable reviews on Amazon and elsewhere. I ordered a 6 on the 1-10 firmness scale, where 1 is ultra-firm and 10 is very soft. I figured a 6 should be just on the soft side of medium, which was most comfortable for me after trying out many different mattresses at B&M stores. The merchant, via email, said that levels 4 and 6 were the most popular.

My new mattress is as firm as the firmest mattress I've ever tried. I generally feel worse waking up than in the daytime or right before bed, due to lower back aches. I will add a topper to the mattress to hopefully make it more comfortable.

I'd advise anyone ordering to get at least a 7 or 8 firmness, and get more definitive comparison guidelines from the merchant before specifying a firmness level.

Update: I've purchased a Sleep Innovations / Novaform 2.5 inch gel memory foam topper to use on this mattress. The topper has definitely helped soften the mattress. The topper is sensitive to cold temperatures, however, and will be hard if the bedroom air is cold or until body heat warms the topper.

The mattress by itself was a bit less uncomfortable than when I first received it, not sure if that was due to a break-in of the mattress or me getting used to it. I still think that it's a well-made product, but the soft/firm scale may be miscalibrated towards high firmness.

Because we are using the mattress as a combined guest bed / day bed we ended up buying firmness level 4. I think that is perfect for what we are using it for. We are going to buy another mattress (King size) for our own bed because we have liked it so much, but we will go with a hardness of 6 for that the 4 is just slightly too firm for our tastes (although even so it feels a whole lot nicer to lay on than our old spring mattress we have on our King right now and had we received this firmness for our own bed we would have been very happy).

I've posted a few pictures of the mattress. It comes rolled up, and while the company states you get free returns, they stipulate that it has to go back in its original packaging a pretty good joke because as soon as you rip open the plastic the mattress expands out like an inflati-bed. There is no way on earth you would be able to get it back in it's packaging.

While there aren't many reviews posted here, if you check the seller's feedback (not their item feedback) you'll see a whole bunch of reviews on the company. They are legit. The mattress came as ordered, is very high quality, had a very, very mild plastic smell that dissipated after about an hour, and is very comfortable. It is sturdy and doesn't wobble, won't make any bed noise (don't want to hear that from our guest room), and is conducive and comfortable for fooling around on (people never review that part of the mattress for some reason, even though that is almost as important as the comfort level for sleeping). My wife and I give it high marks. Overall, a great mattress. If you are looking for a high quality, very reasonably priced latex mattress you can't go wrong. It seemed weird that they made the fabric out of bamboo, but it is exceedingly soft and comfortable. Almost a shame to put sheets on it.

I'm a side sleeper that likes a firm but not hard pillow. While this pillow is only 19" wide for the standard, it is a pretty good memory foam pillow. I was afraid of the shape since I had only had normal pillows before this but it works great. I have less shoulder problems from side sleeping. Great and cheap.

At first I didn't care for them at all, but after a couple nights sleeping on these pillows, I actually began to prefer them over my cotton stuffed everyday pillows. The only issue is, these are small and it is impossible to find a pillow case that fits them correctly. I have standard size on mine right now, but need to fold the extra under the pillow when making my bed each day.

If you want soft and dough like, please consider a 30-40$ pillow because this weak sauce is not helping. This pillow is overly firm and if you think you have a bad neck then this will not help with relieving your pain and stress that much. I have owned this over a few days and I have been conducting some firm relief work onto this pillow so that I can make it softer but still no luck. Well. I must be a little color blind because I expected a bit more of a pink color. Upon really good inspection of not only individual pictures and the despribed color (taupe) I see that the set is exactly as described and shown in the stock photo. I did end up returning it because it wasnt what I wanted but I have to give it a 5 anyways because the set was still beautiful. I could also tell just by the feel and look of it that this was a set that could indeed go into a washing machine which is a major plus. I am not much of a neutral person in the first place but the set just looked so pretty in the photos I tried anyways. So this didnt work for me, but if I was into those colors, this would be an absolutely beautiful set. Amazon was wonderful with the return and the set arrived to me in 24 hours as stated. I would definantly recomend this set. But as I said pay attention to color. It is more of a few different shades of brown. The peices I perceived as pink are also more in the mauve line of color than pink. It is a pink with a purple undertone.

It's prettier than the picture indicates I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The embroidered band of butterflies is only across the head of the bed, which is fine, but it is so thick that it's a little warm for NC most of the year. Good winter weight, if you like your nights cool (my husband says it's freezing). Gorgeous, well made, really completes our bedroom look. Great job Lenox and Amazon! Amazon had the best price I found for this comforter set, with their reliability too it was an easy choice!

This comforter is amazing! I bought it at a store so I was able to see the color in person. I think it is a bit lighter and neutral in color than what the picture shows (even the picture on the bag looks completely different)... Not so Purplely. It is also a nice size. A lot of comforters hardly fall of the sides of a bed, but this one has some slack for sleeping. I was a bit sceptical about getting it because I sleep with my 2 year old daughter and it's so light colored...but... best purchace I have made! This comforter is so soft and comfy. And it keeps you nice and warm! Well worth it! The only thing that I really want to complain about is the embroidered butterflys. They are super shiny and the colors are bold, and kinda make them stick out in an ugly way against the nice floral backround... but thats personal preference I guess. Some people complain That the shams are very thin... Do people actually sleep on shams? Because I don't. So I don't see that as a big deal. They also say it is pretty expensive for what it is. I think it's wonderful for the price. I live very frugal and have learned what "cheap" feels like. I have wasted money on a lot of bedding just because it was a cheaper price. That being said, splurging on a nice comforter is well worth it. Plus there are way more expensive ones out there. I would definitely reccomend this comoforter.

I was really pleased with this purchase. It is a true package of a box spring cover, high quality mattress cover, and pillow covers. The number and quality of the items makes up for the price. Here's a tip for the covers if you suffer from allergies. Once you get them on, put duct tape over the zippers for the best seal.

I have compared this to other allergy covers on the market, and this one is superior in quality, comfort, and effectiveness.

We ordered a bedding package from Achoo Allergy (box spring cover, mattress cover, pillow cases). It arrived quickly, but the mattress encasing looked like it had been used. There was a snag in the fabric that was visible without even opening the envelope, and I could also see a hair in it, too. The mattress encasing & pillow cases came individually wrapped in their own clear plastic envelopes that sealed like a zip lock bag, so it could be opened without scissors or anything. The box spring cover came in a clear plastic envelope, but it was heat sealed, so I was fairly certain it wasn't used. I called the company and told them how the mattress cover had arrived, and they apologized profusely and sent me a new one right away, I didn't have to pay shipping or anything.

We have been very satisfied so far with the actual product. It is cool and comfortable and doesn't sound papery like other allergy encasements. I would like to emphasize that you need to be VERY careful when putting the vinyl box spring cover on. They are VERY tight and we ripped ours when we were trying to put it on. The package warns about this, and tells you how to install it to avoid tearing. We did not read the directions before we started. We were NOT following the proper directions, so I didn't put up a fuss about it to the company, and the tear was so small that we're just taping it up.

Overall, though, the company was prompt and responsive, and we really like the feel of the fabric under our sheets and pillow cases. Just be careful with the vinyl box spring cover!

Had a hunch I'd be experiencing some unexpected accidents of various things with the arrival of a new baby. This was the best deal I could find and was happy with the quality. Had I not been so exhausted, I would have felt pretty smart when the first round of spit up hit the bed and let's not even get into the leaky diaper. A must for new parents and much cheaper than a new mattress! Fit our extra deep king just fine. Was worried about lining having a smell or making us sweat, but neither appeared to be a problem.
