The warranty for this product is worthless. The documentation at the manufacturer's site http://www.soft-sleeper.com warranties the product for 10 years. After 1 (one) year's use we experienced breakdown of the mattress in the head and hip areas. After numerous emails to the seller and manufacturer (no phone numbers available for the manufacturer) we were told a replacement after 1 year's use would cost 50% of a new mattress. In addition, we would be required to ship the product back to the manufacturer at our cost for their confirmation of the problem. If they disagreed with our assessment of breakdown of the mattress, they would charge us another $45 to return the original mattress to us. Avoid the hassle and purchase from a reputable manufacturer like foamorder.com. They are more expensive but you will be happier in the long run.

Matress arrived before confirmation lettet from sleep center in good shape. Product meets all expections and is very comfortable to sleep on. Pillow is a sorry excuse made of floor sweepings. Cover provided fits and is useful.

We purchased this size bed set for our expanded queen select comfort bed. Initially they were exactly what we hoped they would be. The softness and color was as we hoped but after a couple of washings following manufacturers directions they had shrunk to the point of almost not fitting our bed. Everyday we have to remake the bottom sheet back over the corners.

We received our new sheet set (in sage green) in two days after placing the order. Washed them in hot water and put them on the bed... they are soft and comfy and fit the mattress great.

When I read the reviews I thought I was getting a great set of sheets. They are nice and thick material, but they barely fit on my thick mattress. The color is not a true sage green and look nothing like the color in the picture in the advertisement. I hope they do not shrink any further or I will not be able to use them. They were also quite wrinkled when I took them out of the dryer. Would not buy them again.

The pillow was exactly what I was looking for. Firm enough to give support for my legs, which was a difficult search! Has not flattened after more then two months of use. The size was perfect for a queen sized bed. Not so big that it squeezed out my partner, or so long that it could not be moved around. I can see how a pregnant person would love this with the extra pillow for back. I did not need this since I bought it mainly for support. I cut the two apart and use them that way. They both come with zippered pillow cases that are easy to get on and off, no shrinkage and the price was great. I would strongly recommend for someone looking to get that support for hips and comfort.

I was hesitant to buy these sheets after the "rough", "scratchy", and "pills" comments, but these sheets are actually really great. They are soft and smooth and don't pill at all. They are made in India out of Egyptian cotton and they didn't even wrinkle very much. I was really impressed. I'm going to buy another package as the color is a perfect match for what I need. Don't be scared of them. I'm not sure what the bad reviews were all about.

I was having a hard time finding hunter green sheets when I stumbled across these on Amazon. I decided to give them a try. I was very pleased with the color--a nice deep hunter, not a sage-y hunter. They also have a bit of silkiness to them--maybe that is why the other reviewers thought they were a bit thin. (I was very surprised that one buyer thought they were rough--I thought they were silky. Not sure how two buyers could have opposite experiences? Same with the person who washed them and they came out wrinkled--when I washed mine, they came out perfectly fine.) I was very pleased with the sheets and am ordering more in additional sizes for other beds in the house. Wish the price were just a little lower, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

These are awful sheets. 100% cotton that pills? Yes. I can't believe it. They feel like sand on your skin, or worse; very rough and prickly. I have washed twice with softener. I am returning them. I have bought all cotton sheets for 20 years, but have never had any like this before.

Matching a curtain to this very masculine looking bathroom was a challenge and we really didn't want a hard to maintain glass shower door. This curtain was just perfect in our bathroom! We don't even use a liner it is washable and while it does get wet it also dries very quickly. SET OF 2 NEW ZIPPERED QUILTED PILLOW COVERS

I ordered two of these quilted pillow covers for my favorite feather pillow when I had to toss the old cover.

My favorite feather pillows have no shape and these pillow covers work for purpose intended, but, I noticed they are not as nice as my old ones. The fabric feels like cotton/poly. No high thread count here.

I do not recommend these covers for your nicest beds, but if you have kids who like pillow fights and get creative with pillows, these covers would be a good choice for you. I think they will stand up to many machine washings.

OOPS! ZIPPER GONE AFTER ONE WASHING

I bought 3 sets (total of 6) of the zippered quilted pillow covers from Brown's Linens, Inc. for $40.89 (about half of this price was for shipping.) These items all came in the same box and yet I had to pay the FULL shipping cost for each set of 2. The seams and quilting started fraying after the first wash and one of them got "crispy" after the second wash. There were no care labels on the pillow covers, so I found out the hard way that you can't dry them on the permanent-press cycle.

I wrote a complaint letter to Brown's Linens, Inc. over a month ago before reviewing their product for Amazon.com and have not even received a reply. Don't waste your money!

These might hold up better if they were hand washed (my guess) but who hand washes their bed linens??? I do not recommend these covers.

These pillow cases are not soft like quilt. I don't think they are actually quilt. They are a rougher, scratchier material. They are fine if putting a case over top. But, I would not recommend using them alone as they also induce sweating.

I've had my King size duvet cover for a week and am very happy. I shopped for weeks online; at all my local department stores; Target-I researched thread count, plies, fabric, etc.. Long story short, I'm very pleased. I haven't washed it yet and it's already softer than it was a week ago, and the price is unbelievable compared to similar products! The size is very generous. I made a very bad assumption that I had received an incorrect item from this company; however the order came in exactly as i ordered. I had initially given a bad review because i thought they sent me an 8 pc comforter set when i had actually ordered a 12 pc. I am so pleased to know that i had made a mistake of not counting my items! I had a very nice associate to call me and even offer to send me the rest of the pieces that i didn't have, until she explained to mewhat i should have had, and what i had assumed is that the bag (which said 8 pc comforter set) was the incorrect item....but what i think happened is when this item was shipped, it came in 2 shipments and the smaller container had my other items (in addition to the 8 pc set) in it. The associate even offered to send me a larger comforter to fit my bed better! she was very helpful and i would definitely do business with this company again.

When I received my comforter set I was all to excited to set it up, low and behold just as I thought, this was the most beautiful set I had ever purchased for an excellent price. It was definitely a great purchase, I will buy a set every year and as a gift to family members.

I received this today and could not have been more disappointed when I pulled it all out of the bag.

1. The "12-piece super set" I believed I was getting was ACTUALLY an 8 piece comforter set by Venetto (A part of Victorian Collections) made in China and some random blue 4 piece King sheet set (the picture on Amazon had white ones) made in Pakistan by Forenza that did not match or even appear to come close to matching the comforter set.

2. The picture does not look as if this is a Sateen type of material. I slightly blame myself for not enquiring what type of material it is however, since it is not listed in the product description. It feels and looks very CHEAP.

3. I put it onto my standard king bed which is (76"x80") and it did not even cover the sides of the mattress/box spring. I checked the tag thinking they sent me a Queen but it was a King and had dimensions of (101"x86"). However when I measured it myself the ACTUAL measurement of the comforter was (94"x84") so I had only 4 in. in length to "tuck in" (not possible) or hang free, which would not cover the mattress and only 9 in. covering both sides which left 4 in. exposed of box spring on either side!

All in all I give this ZERO stars as it's a compete lie from start to finish and don't know how it had such great reviews... which is why I bought this in the first place!

I love the colors on this set. The thread count is appropriate. Not too warm in the summer & not to cold in the winter. Like all Queens there just isn't enough hanging down on the sides. I would like to find a set where I don't play pull the blanket to my side every night just my little complaint.

I got this for my 7 inch Samsung Galaxy. The Book Seat holds and positions it without me having to do a thing except plop it on my lap or on my bed. It is a great idea at first glance. This is my suggestion: The base of the elastic ends should be tethered from right and left side, so that the Kindle can be placed in the middle, and the drawstring gathered at center..as it is now, the tethers are BEHIND the Kindle,making it tilt when you draw the string. OR, you could but 4 elastic corners,N W E S and have the Kindle corners slip under each, leaving a clear view to read. AS it is now, in order to get the Kindle to stop tilting, I have to put it INSIDE the circle of elastic, then draw the strings. This puts tension on the plastic lid at bottom which is fine. But it covers up the last sentence on the Kindle. This is my 3rd purchase for a Kindle prop. So far it seems the best, except for what I mentioned above. I may alter this so that I have 4 elastic corners intead of how it was manufactured.
