The mattress is comfortable. That being said, the box spring was damaged during shipping. It is ripped on one side, and dented where the springs are (my husband will try to fix it, but otherwise it will be at the foot of the bed). The corner protector on the the opposite end is broken. We are keeping it, as we have out of state visitors coming tomorrow for a week. This is one of the times where spending more and staying local would have been a better option.
