I purchased this product, and I had the option to add the lumbar inflateable for a nominal charge. I never received the satalite add-on lumbar pillow, and I never received an invoice for this order?!? Since, the pillow itself failed, and won't hold air; I want a complete return w/ credit, or an exchange for the two items I originally ordered!?!Please reply so I may contact the vendor directly!?!
