This pillow is my answer for a comfortable nights sleep. The only drawback is wanting to turn in the middle of the night, it can be a little bit awkward trying to get the pillow repositioned. I love the ear piece because this indicates the best position. I can't believe the difference this pillow has made for me to be comfortable. I have tried several pillows, trying to relieve morning headaches and a stiff neck. This pillow is my answer!

At first I got headaches from the pillow but after my neck got realigned properly with this pillow, my headaches have gone away. If I go away and sleep on someone else's pillow, my headaches return. So I say this pillow is great. The box said it was for stomach sleepers too... it's a little akward for sleeping on your stomach but for side sleeping, it is fantastic! It is a very firm pillow and it stays firm, if you don't like firm pillows, it's not for you, but if you understand that to have support of your neck, it needs to be firm, then you will get used to it.

I've only had this pillow for about a week, so I don't know how it'll hold up over time I tend to be hard on pillows. But so far, I've had some of the best nights' sleep I've had since I developed cervical degenerative disk disease over ten years ago. Not only does it support my head and neck, it also encourages me to sleep with my head and spine in alignment. My only complaint is that it's not particularly comfortable for other sleep positions, so if I want to sleep on my stomach, or elevate my head, I have to remove the Side Sleeper pillow and replace it with others. I still don't know how long it'll last; I can only hope that it keeps its shape for several months.

I bought this pillow because I had problems with sleep apnea whenever my chin dropped too close to my chest while sleeping on my side. The pillow supports my head to where it stays in alignment so I keep breathing. This pillow is definitely very firm, and after almost a year I'm still not fully used to that; it is also necessary to flip it over whenever I roll over to my other side. But it's worth it; I've never slept better. The "pillow case" that comes with it isn't too great; I slip a regular pillow case over it, and there are patterns on the web for sewing your own. I'm on my second pillow as the first one started splitting at the seams after about 8 months of every-night use. Finally, a review from my cats: they love curling up in the "crook" of this pillow when I'm not using it. I bought mine at Walmart for $30.00.

Since the pillows are decorative, I didn't wash it before putting it on the bed (I wanted the cripiness of the fabric without the work :-). The pillows were a nice topper to the whole collection. The embroidery on the top is very well done elevated, smooth with no snags, and the bottom side is cleanly finished. The edges sharp, no excessive puckering.

I first bought one of these through my chiropractor. It keeps your head and neck in alignment with your spine. It feels great to me and I am not comfortable using any other pillow. As another reviewer said, it is very firm but there are four different sides to try. Two that are firm flat foam with one edge higher than the other. And then the two sides shown in the picture with fiber fill in the middle. At first, I did need to experiment to find out which side worked best for me. I am petite so the thinner edge with the fiber fill in the middle worked best. The foam fits in the crook of my neck while my head is cradled in the fiber fill. I am very glad to see these on Amazon.com. If I ever need a replacement or want to recommend them now they will be easier to locate. *One note, I am chemical sensitive and these do off gas a strong polyurethane odor. I took care of this by using 3 pillow cases and removing the cases and washing them every day or two. The cases help to absorb the strong odor and after about a week I couldn't detect the smell anymore.

If you have ever had neck problems this is the pillow for you. I have purchased this pillo-pedic pillow for several years now and this last purchase was just a replacement. I have used other neck pillows before that were too stiff, but this one provides the support without feeling too stiff.

He did mention that you should read the packaging first because he didn't do it right away and didn't realize you kind of need to "break in" the pillow with your hands. Egyptian Cotton 600 Thread Count Solid Sheet Set

I am disappointed in the sheets I received today. They appear to be nicely made but I wish they felt a little softer. But, most importantly, I was concerned about the 'pockets' as I have a memory foam topper on my mattress. The description and packaging both stated 'deep pockets' that will fit up to 19" mattress. It was not happening. Unfortunately, the fitted sheet doesn't come close to fitting. By the time I got to the the last corner, there was no way it would even come close to pulling over the edge.

Great price! Arrived fast and the set looks nice. The sheets were wrinkled when removed from dryer but looked better once on the bed. Very generous fit and didn't experience any shrinkage when washed and dried on gentle cycle. I would recommend this product to others.

I don't normally write reviews, but these sheets are awful. Any lint or animal hair in the vicinity immediately attaches itself and cannot be brushed off. Also, the pleated top edge dries crooked and twisted so they look messy on the bed. Stay away from these sheets!

Product has a good feel to it and the color is exactly what show, in most places. The top sheet and one pillow case have areas of discoloration as well as a few pulled threads in both sheets.

I have nothing but praise for the Sangean RCR-5 clock radio. Specifically, here are the most noteworthy aspects of this truly amazing product:

Display

Here is where the RCR-5 truly shines, as it incorporates a backlit LCD with adjustable intensity: one may adjust the backlight to suit your needs, so you have a perfectly legible, yet not too bright display (at night) which can never be "washed out", even in direct sunlight. The display even has a clever feature whereby it will illuminate to full intensity when any of the buttons are pressed, after which it returns to the user's preset intensity after ten seconds. As you can see from the product photos, the display is of a soft, warm color, most conducive to a good sleeping environment; other clock radios using bright blue or green illumination, IMHO, should be avoided if you want to get any sleep.

Auxiliary Input

Very useful for listening to my podcasts at night; when an external source is attached, the Band button will cycle through AM/FM/AU; when none is attached, only AM/FM are available, thereby eliminating "clutter" for those who do not wish to enable this feature. (Note: I'm old-school, and prefer using this method over a "Dockable" iPod solution, as I prefer to completely run my iPod's battery source to zero before recharging...)

Flexibility in Programming

Only found on more expensive clock radios, this model will allow you to use the "Sleep" feature to listen to a particular station (or podcast with the Auxiliary feature) at night, and then to wake to radio on a different station. In addition, all alarms allow Daily, Mon-Fri, or Single, with the Audible Alarm using a gentle "ramp-up" feature.

Reception and Speaker Quality

The radio's receiver portion of this product is very good, rivaled by only my Sony short wave receiver (a great radio, by the way!); what looks like a 3-inch speaker provides a very warm, intelligible output, very suitable for the spoken word, adequate for music. If you need a strong system for powerful music, I would suggest purchasing an additional desktop speaker setup (such as for a computer) which can be attached to the headphone output by means of a standard mini-jack connection.

Finally, a no-nonsense Sleep function

Sangean has cleverly incorporated the Sleep function into the Power button (which is gently illuminated when the radio's off); to turn the radio on or off, press the button. To use the Sleep feature, press and hold the same button to select up to 120 minutes. Simple, effective, "it just works".

Final Recommendation

Well, what more can I say? This product works for me (and I'm purchasing three more for gifts) and has a lot going for it, including high value (very reasonably priced!). Is there anything that you should be aware of? Yes:

> As described in the previous customer's entry, setting the alarm may require a few extra key-strokes, as this product offers many options when it comes to waking by either the alarm or the radio; if you do not need all of these features, you may wish to consider something of simpler means. That being said, it took me only about 22 seconds to set the alarm; for me, it was relatively intuitive and logical.

> The built-in battery back up feature only works for about ten minutes worth of backup, according to the manual; in my neck of the woods, this is not a big issue, but should be noted if you experience many nighttime blackouts where you are located.

> Even though this model is referred to as an "RCR-5", it should be noted that it does not employ an automatic time synchronization feature as is found on Sangean's higher end clock radios. (Not a big issue for me, and may actually be desirable for those of us who prefer to set our clocks 5, 10, or 15 minutes fast to "keep us on time"!)

I have to say that I'm quite impressed by the QUALITY of the Sangean RCR-5 clock radio. Quite a bit of great detail has already been mentioned in a fine way by a previous reviewer. I just have to say that I'm really impressed at how clear the radio reception is...absolutely NO drift, it locks onto the radio frequency and stays there! And the sound from the speaker (even if it is just a single speaker) is rather impressive...I've never heard a speaker sound so clear, crisp, and distinct, whether it be music or spoken word! I also like how smooth the volume control feels. It keeps great time with an easy-to-view display, and wakes you up comfortably with its "humane waking system." Some people have noted that the settings for the clock are too complex and complicated, but I frankly didn't experience any problems in that sense. Of course, it does not have the atomic clock updating, nor does it have a built-in cd player, but it does have the auxillary input, if you wanted to connect a cd player or mp3 player. Overall, I have to say that certainly alot of thought has gone into the designing of the Sangean RCR-5...this certainly is NO ordinary clock radio...it's a finely-crafted instrument!

I started realizing the quality of this radio as soon as I held the box it came in. It's well packaged in heavy cardboard throughout. Take the radio out and look it over; you can tell this is not your everyday clock radio you find in all the stores. It's built solid and the buttons and controls feel solid. The sound is much better than any clock radio I've ever owned in this price range. The display is easy to see from all angles and not too brite. The amber is soft on your eyes unlike some of the blues and greens out there. Setting the alarms is slightless less intuitive then it could be but it's easy once you do it a few times (the reason for the 4 out of 5 stars). Products like this are few and far between these days. High quality and does what it is made to do very well without looking like an alien aircraft with unessessary bells and whistles. Very possibly the best engineered clock radio for under $50. Im very happy with my purchase.

Based on reviews by others I had hoped this little radio would satisfy my needs for good AM and FM reception with decent sound. Sound was tinny but using a set of computer speakers offset that issue. Reception very spotty for both both AM and FM stations and the little wire antenna didn't help much. Didn't appear to be any way to boost reception by attaching another antenna. Since the product didn't live up to expectations, I tried to return it, but was refused. I didn't retain the plastic bags covering the radio and plug in the box and the box had a couple of tears so the package wasn't in pristine condition. No damages, scars, etc. to the radio itself so sounds to me like supplier won't accept returns once you open their box which implies a no return policy. If I had bought this locally at Wal-Mart or Target or about any other store, a return would have been accepted.

This is a terrific clock radio despite a couple of drawbacks for insomniac listening (knocking 1 star off the rating). Features I require in a clock radio (beyond the obvious) are: earphone jack (my husband isn't interested in listening along with me ;), sleep timer, digital tuning (having to fiddle with station drift would only serve to wake me up more); preset stations (again, the less fiddling in the middle of the night, the better); and dimable display (I keep it just bright enough to read the display at night--this is pretty dim, doesn't disturb sleep). This radio has all that and more; I also like the small size of the radio and amber light of the display.

That said, here's what I dislike: when you press and hold the power-on button to use the sleep timer, the display becomes painfully bright, "only" about 15 seconds, but I find it extremely annoying. I'm working on developing a feel for how long to hold the button down without having to look at the display so I can just keep my eyes closed.

The other thing I dislike: the nap timer button is right next to the power-on/sleep timer button, making it very easy to accidentally hit the nap timer button without realizing it while feeling around for the power button, thus treating yourself and any sleep partner to the alarm a little while later. Ugh. Did that twice, then built a little "A-frame" of card stock & taped it over the nap timer button so I don't hit it by accident again. Note the power/sleep timer button *is* dimly (nicely) illuminated, so the nap timer button can be avoided if you don't mind opening your eyes, lifting your head up to see the power button, and focusing your attention on hitting nothing but the power button.

It's too bad the battery backup isn't good for more than a few minutes; hopefully this won't prove to be a significant problem. I didn't find setting the clock, alarms, or digital presets difficult, though I did need to use the manual to figure it out.

TUSH CUSH Seat Cushion - Small Home Office Car Compu Computer Ergonomic Orthopedic Chair Cushion

I was somewhat disappointed in this Tush Cush, it was not as comfortable to me as the previous reviewers experienced.

PROS:

1. Cushion is an attractive beige velour that looks nice with my office decor.

2. It is lightweight and has a handy carry handle.

3. It has a zipper so you can remove the cover and wash it if you spill coffee in your chair as I have done a couple of times.

4. BEST OF ALL: Tush Cush is made in the U.S.A.

CONS:

1. You have to position yourself just right on the cushion, or it will be really uncomfortable.

2. It feels too firm and hurts my legs after an hour or so.

3. Somewhat pricey for what it is.

Would I recommend this to someone? I don't know that I would recommend this particular cushion, but I would mention it as one of many that someone might consider. I will probably look for another cushion for myself and keep this one for my car.

I've had on again, off again tailbone pain for YEARS now. This past bout has been longer than usual and more painful than any other (going on my 5th straight month of pain). I bought this cushion for sitting in week long workshops. I thought it would help me have better posture and make it more comfortable to sit in chairs that don't have enough padding. I suspect it's because of the cutout but maybe the cushion is the wrong density. I'm 6ft and weigh 175 so it's not like I have an unusual body. And I'm not physically out of shape. Ok so I am guilty of not reading the description close enough. The word down was all over the listing.. I opened up the bag and all the crunchy (yes crunchy) feathers were poking through the cloth ick..that's not down that's feathers! Not what I thought I ordered. I am especially disappointed with a bad neck in desperate need of a good pillow. OH And they didn't ship the typical two day shipping we are all so used to on Amazon. These remind me of hotel pillows, at nice 3-4 star places. This is good because they are advertised as being the Hilton brand. I totally believe it. The sizing is perfect for standard pillow cases. I was easily able to fit them into cases that are machine washable. Every week, I fluff them. They hold their shape pretty well. Having a set of the same type is great because then I can arrange them however I like. The price is also good. I think you get a discount based on bulk purchase. In stores, I see these kinds of pillows sell for $50 each (which I think is too much). I would buy these again. I am actually thinking of getting another set. We shall see!

Original Contour Pillow - Standard

I have been using this contour pillow since it came out. The last month or so I was waking up with my neck aching meaning I needed a new pillow. You can use it on 4 different sides to give you just the right feel. I ordered the new one and guess what no more neck pain. The pillow lasts about a year. Not bad for the price. I would recommend it to anyone

This pillow is ok. It's not great, but it does support my head. As others have stated, it does have a chemical smell at first. However, once the pillow case was put on it, I really didn't notice it all too much. For a basic and inexpensive contour pillow, it does the job. My only 'con' is that it is not firm enough; if it stayed a little firmer once I laid my head on it, it would be perfect.

Edit 10/16/12: The pillow is now flat. There is no egg carton shape to it anymore. I have to add another pillow on top of it. I will be ordering Pinzon Basics Micro Bead Therapy Pillow with Cover. My husband bought this about a month ago and he likes it. Since it hasn't even been a year, I am reducing the rating from 4 stars to 2.

My favorite pillow given me at the end of a hospital stay had the contour shape and egg-crate foam. I finally 'buried' it after about 10 years and had no idea it would be so difficult to replace. When I saw this, I was sure it would be the answer to my 'pillow prayers'! It's too thick to be comfortable except to lay it sideways and place my head on the end. Naturally, this gives very little 'wiggle room' while sleeping.

We have owned the same model Original Contour pillow for over 15 years. GREAT PRODUCT! Each one has lasted almost five years and really nothing's wrong with it when we purchase a new one. We keep the older ones in the guest room and take them with us when we travel. The comfort of these pillows cannot be overstated. There's a reason they're still for sale and popular. We recently tried another memory foam type marketed "best pillow in the world" that was $80. We sent it back after one use.

I had a stiff neck with a lot of pain that had lasted for over a year. I wasn't sure if the injury occurred in the gym (I'm a bodybuilder) or if it happened while I was sleeping.

Regardless, this pillow did the trick. I first tried a cheap knock-off of the contour pillow that I'd purchased at Target. That seemed to help a little, but nothing beyond that. I knew from many years ago that the original Contour Pillow was much firmer and might give my neck the support it needed while sleeping.

Well, I can't recommend this thing enough. If you have chronic neck pain that hinders mobility of your head (I couldn't turn my head to the right), this might really help you. It took a bit of time, but it worked a miracle on my neck injury just when I thought the pain would never go away.

It's really VERY pretty! It looks hand stitched and is very elegant. However we have it in a casual spotand it makes you feel good curling up with it. Very nice!
