The only drawback (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) is that if you don't fold them right after the dryer finishes (before they cool down), they get wrinkled. I always put them right back on the pillows, but you still have to take them right out after the dryer cycle completes because you'll see where it was wrinkled if it cools before they're back on.
Also, make sure to fluff the pillows right when you get out of bad or they'll wrinkle where your head stretched it out. Drying them on low will get the wrinkles out anyway if you don't, but remember what I said above about leaving them in the dryer.
Caveat: Rayon from bamboo is misleading. By the time the bamboo fiber is processed into the rayon, there's virtually nothing natural about it left (due to the processing). So possibly even rayon from man-made fiber would also suffice.
