The pillow is nothing like the one purchased for me by my son and his fiancee this paat Christmas at Bed,Bath and Beyond. It is hard and does not conform to my neck well at all. I'm so sorry now that I was so generous and gave mine away to an 84-year old friend who was having trouble sitting up in bed and trying to eat a meal. My pillow was just the ticket to making her more comfortable, and it was obvious I was not getting it back by the look on her face. I assured her I could get myself another one just like it. Bed,Bath and Beyond only sells them around Christmas time, so I was not able to purchase one there. My son thought we might be able to purchase one through Amazon. It looked the same, and I was thrilled to get two. It is not flexible. It is truly a horseshoe, and the horse is stubborn. I haven't had time until today to write giving my review. I have been suffering with a pinched nerve in my neck which was causing extreme pain in my right shoulder and down my arm into my hand. I have been going through Therapy, and I am happy to say that I am at zero pain--just some numbness in my index finger. The right pillow would have been a true blessing. Is this just too much infor-mation? I don't know how you want to make this right with me, but I do not want any more of your Micro-bead Horseshow pillows. Thank you for continuing to want my opinion.
