Shipped & arrived on time, good packaging, very fluffy. I couldn't find 20x20 at my local stores, so this was a great alternative that I expect I'll be using in the future.

I needed replacement inserts for my pillow covers comparable inserts from retailers such as Pottery Barn, West Elm, etc. were almost twice the price. I've had these now for several weeks so far, so good. Heck, at this price, you can just replace them once a year if need be.

These pillows were great and shipped pretty fast but I was shocked to know that they were just stuffed into my box and not wrapped in any sort of plastic. Makes me wonder what would have happened if the box got wet!

I don't know why this 20x20" insert has a much stiffer covering than the 18x18" which I bought at the same time. Since my pillow covers were silk, the stiff covering of the insert showed a ton of wrinkles under the delicate silk and you can feel the stiffness through my pillow cover.
