I liked the blanket it was really very unique the only thing I would change is some of the mixed material....some of it was just a bit of not a fit like in its smoothness....otherwise it was a nice gift Im not sure if I saw it in person that I would have spent that much money on it....but it was nice...
I ordered this blanket for my newborn baby. The patchwork looks just as displayed, but the edging of it (which covers a large amount of the blanket) is a rough texture like a curtain. Although cute looking, this blanket does not offer the comfort I would like and expect from a blanket. In contacting the company about returning the item and they said that you can return items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, but they do not issue refunds. When I called, they said their policy was on Amazon, but when I looked for it, it simply said to contact the company for details. I was able to get them to say they would issue a refund, but the customer service represented kept repeating that it was contingent upon their inspection of the returned item. They also would not refund any shipping, which led to $15 lost in shipping costs for a product that I do not even have. I personally did not care for this product at all, and the customer service led to a very frustrating experience. I suggest that anyone looking to purchase this product, should know for certain that they like the item and have no intention of returning the item before they purchase.
