This stuff works great on stains...I used it to spray on my son's Cloth diapers and it worked GREAT!! I use pockets mainly and I couldn't seem to get the poopy smell out of his pockets...but my other diapers were just fine, no problems...it was just sticking to the fleece for some reason. I use Charlies soap for my laundry and it works great, but I needed something else to get this smell and the stains off. And oxy clean wasn't really working. I sprayed this stuff on my dipes and ALL the yucky lingering smell was gone! So then I would spray it on all of his poopy dipes (not just plain pee dipes those come out clean just fine). I usually use the flushable paper liners but sometimes you get stuff on them anyway, or you don't have a liner when they poop. (oh quick tip, you can wash and reuse the flushable liners if baby just pees on them!) Anyway I rinse off the poop and then spray with the pureayre and throw in diaper pail and then wash as usual!The only thing is, they have different varieties, one for baby, pets, home etc...I just wonder if there is anything different or if it's just a label to make it easier to put it in the right category in a store...I am going to try and contact the company to find out...will update if I get more info.
