They are exactly what they look like in the photo. Easy to wear on the duvet. I had to buy smaller pillows ($2.50 ones in Target) cause my pillows were a little too large for these, but I was planning to do that anyways cause I'll use this set only for decoration :) I don't know much about Egyptian cotton and threads... but they look and feel really nice :)
I got this for my parents for Christmas. They loved it so much, they asked me to order several more so they could give them as gifts to some of their friends. They like that they are soft, warm but not overly heavy.
