This is a great pillow that I purchased for my 20-month old's new bed. The pillow is soft and comfortable, she loves to hug it and play with it. Only minor complaint is that it's starting to get small 'clumps' of material gathering on it (like little dots), as it is now a few months old. But, overall, very satisfied.

These would be five stars, except that they took nearly a month to reach me. However, they were very worth the wait.

I do NOT think they would fit 18X18 inch pillows--I think that's probably a typo--but they fit my 16 inch pillows snugly and perfectly. Squish the pillow around a little till it fits up into the corners, put the zipper side down, and you'd never even know they were covered.

Throw pillows are stupidly expensive and everybody has a couple they don't quite like. This is the perfect solution, works much better than attempting to sew a cover, and takes seconds to install. Highly recommended. It took some manhandling to stuff the pillows in, but these are quite sturdy, absolutely worth what I paid and a fair deal at twice what I paid, in my opinion. The red and black is crisp, it's a true, bright red, and the corduroy is the nice fat lines that just invite petting. The end result was impressive--now my living room looks so much more pulled together and deliberate.

Be warned--it prints your face impressively if you lay on it to watch a movie. That's the closest thing to a con I can think of!

Our living room theme is red and black, and these are absolutely perfect. I love the corduroy. They are thick and soft and the red is vibrant, but not overly so. My original pillows were much larger than 18", but I just pulled the stuffing out of those and stuffed them into these. Problem solved.

Sonic Alert SBP100 Sonic Boom Portable Vibrating Alarm Clock

After reading all the reviews for this alarm, I figured that this would be the best thing for my 14 year old son. He has such a hard time waking up in the morning. We even tried holding one of those alarms that have the two bells on top that clank over his head and that did not wake him up. The first morning he used this alarm, he tossed a little and started to wake up but the vibrations stopped after only one minute. That definitely is not long enough to wake someone up. I contacted Sonic Alert and asked them about this and they said the vibration only lasts for one minute because the clock runs on batteries. I told the customer service agent that was not long enough to wake someone up and she suggested that I try one of the other models that run on electricity since the vibrations will go on until you actually get up and shut off the alarm. I am returning this one to Amazon and have ordered one of the other Sonic Alert models. I also made sure to get the extension cord for the vibrator so the alarm clock can be placed as far away from my son forcing him to get up out of bed to shut it off.

It usually does the job of waking me without disturbing my wife though the vibrator is pretty noisy. The finish is hard plastic and when attached with the pillow clasp it can be a bit uncomfortable and noisy to keep bumping into in the night. The snooze is a very short 4 minutes. The controls are a bit clumsy to use in the dark and the screen has no backlight. To see the time in the dark, the screen must be raised (again a bit clumsy in the dark) and the overly bright light illuminates it from the front when the snooze/light button is pressed. All that said, I would still make the purchase again. It performs as advertised and I wouldn't want to be without it. It's the best travel alarm I've used.

A vibrating alarm clock is a pretty great thing, particularly if you have difficultly getting up in the morning. I also sleep with earplugs in because I'm such a light sleeper, and I needed an alternative to the loud audio alarms that I ended up just sleeping through (earplugs or not!). Anyway, I bought this clock because it seemed to have a powerful vibration, and I liked how the clock LCD lay flush and popped up so you could use it on your night stand, if you were so inclined. All seemingly great features, until I started using it. First of all, the backlight on the LCD is nothing more than a teeny green bulb that shines light on the screen. It's hard to see, sometimes impossible in the dark, which completely defeats the purpose. Secondly, while the vibrations are strong, and the snooze function great, the damn thing just STOPPED WORKING CONSISTANTLY after a few weeks of use, and has been heading steadily downhill since. A few times, it did not alarm, snooze stopped working (it would turn off and never come back on), and just this morning (after waking up LATE) I tested it out, and the vibration burped on and off a second later. Furthermore, the audible alarm (which I don't use) is not that loud at all. My 1980's digital alarm was louder than that thing. Absolute garbage. A sonic bust. I'm severely disappointed in this. Wasted my money, and now I'm shopping for another alarm clock. Oh, I also hear customer service sucks with this maker, so I don't know if it's worth it to fight for a refund. So if you're looking for an alarm... keep looking...

I'm deaf in one ear, so if I'm turned the wrong way on a pillow, I will not always hear a regular alarm. I'm in an apartment and I have to get up really early, so I don't want to just get a super-loud alarm. I use this alarm on vibrate, and it works wonderfully! There's no way I can help but wake up to it. I received the product quickly; so far the batteries have been fine; and it has already saved me once when I brought it traveling, and the power went out in the middle of the night in the hotel room. If I hadn't been using this alarm and had been relying on the hotel clock, I'd have overslept and had some very mad customers! I definitely recommend it; small enough to fit easily under the pillow, and easy to check the time on in the middle of the night.

I purchased the clock while deployed to Iraq as a back up to my audible alarm. For those who sleep with a lot of "white noise" (generators, ECUs, helicopters, etc.) standard audible alarms aren't loud enough to wake you up.

The Sonic Shaker SBP100 has the shaking setting that works well either under your pillow, or clipped to the bed frame. It shakes enough to wake you without being loud enough to wake your CHU-mate or anyone sleeping two rooms over. And it's small enough to be portable and comes with a padded neoprene case for travel.

The first problem that I had is that the company wouldn't ship to APOs so I had to ship it to my home address and have my wife forward it to me.

Once I got it, I noticed that when I put the batteries in the clock it didn't work until I got the batteries inserted "just right". Either mine was defective or it's a bad design. I found that the batteries would shift either while I was sleeping or for no apparent reason and the clock would either reset or die. There were a couple of mornings that I awoke late. I lost confidence in the clock and found a louder alarm clock (much to the ire of my roomie).

Bottom line, the clock wasn't dependable enough for me to rely on to consistently wake me. It's a great idea for someone with a lot of ambient noise or with consideration for a roomie, but the Sonic Shaker didn't prove dependable enough.

I've tried many pillows over the course of my lifetime, including alternative down and memory foam. The problem with alternative down is that over time the pillow gets flattened and there's no way to plump it back up since it's all squished cotton balls. The problem with memory foam is that it's too hard and the pillow does not conform to your head's shape quickly enough. This pillow complete with 95% goose feathers and 5% down is perfect for someone who needs support and comfort.

I've been searching for the perfect pillow for a few years, and I might have found it. I've been getting department store pillows for years, and they always seem to go flat after a night or two of sleeping on them. This pillow is so comfortable that I actually look forward to sleeping at night. My old pillows would squish down so much that they felt hard on my head and they gave me headaches. But so far, I've slept on this for a week and no headaches, and no cricks in my neck either. I know that pillow comfort varies from person to person, but for me, this pillow is perfect. It's fluffy and rebounds back to its original shape easily. I bought one of these to try out because pillows cannot be returned, and I'll definitely be buying more of them.

I agree with some other reviews that when you take these out of the bag, the 100% cotton cover seems closer to paper than fabric and definitely crinkles. I bought 4 2 for shams and two to sleep with. They were a great price, so felt like I had nothing to lose by washing them to see if they would a) disintegrate or b) soften up. I did lose several feathers in the washer and dryer. However, the end result was that washing did soften the cover now it feels like cotton, and crinkle factor is gone. They are soft and sleepable!

They are definitely super comfortable and I'd not give them up. The only downfall is that they randomly spit out feathers which doesn't thrill me.

This pillow most certainly did not work for me or my husband. I don't know if the one I got was the exception judging by the better reviews, but this thing was hard as a rock! It is very full and fluffy, standing quite tall, which would be great if it gave a little under the weight of my head, but it didn't. I didn't want to give it one star, since it may work for some. My warning is... mine lost feathers all over the place and was very, very firm.

This is a great dust mite cover for a pillow. I bought this for my son, who is 3 and is allergic to dust mites. This cover fits nicely on a standard pillow. It is comfortable to lay on and doesn't create any pesky wrinkles beneath the regular pillow case. I bought two of these so I could wash one while he uses the other. I also bought a mattress cover for the crib mattress (for his toddler bed). These are great.

I actually purchased this directly through their website after reading about it on Wall Street Oasis. The quality is excellent, and the threadcount allows for a comfortable sleep. I have both a blackberry (work phone) and an iphone (home phone), and the pocket fits either one. Solid product, glad I bought it!

After missing a couple phone alarms I set out to find something that kept my phone right by my side while I slept (so it didn't fall behind my bed and cause me to miss my alarm!).

This seems to be the only thing like it on the market (surprisingly).

I bought these for a guest room where I often have children or friends with allergies sleeping. They are a little plastic/crinkly sounding but after you put on a pillowcase, it's not very noticeable. The fabric is smooth, similar to a fabric shower liner (not the obvious plastic kind but the more expensive fabric liner type). They are a snap to wash & dry and keep the pillow clean from kid drool. They are not luxurious; they are utilitarian. They do keep your pillows clean and seem to be good for allergy sufferers. They are definitely nicer than the obvious plastic type those are horrid.

These covers would be nice for traveling; easy to pack & easy on/off of hotel pillows. And could even do double duty as a laundry bag at the end of your trip.

Had to change my review after receiving two different sets of pillowcases from Amazon from this same listing. The second time I ordered these (only about a month later), the pillowcases were different and of a lesser quality. I don't know if the company changed their design or if there was some sort of packaging mix-up; as far as I can remember, the packaging was the same. Still seems a decent value for the inexpensive price.

These are the BEST waterproof pillow protectors I have ever found. They have a tight-weave outer fabric that is as nice as luxury pillow cases. I have 15 little doggie beds in the house and all of them are encased in these zippered protectors and covered with towels. If they get stains in them, they wash right out and continue to look like new. The place I bought them is constantly out, so now I'm buying online so I have a set to use when the other set is being laundered. For me, they are worth every penny!

They became misshapen and the elastic was coming out within the first month. I believe this is false advertising because they are thin and cheap. I actually saw this at a chiopractor's office and ordered it from Amazon, as it was priced lower. It gives a good support all the way up to your upper back, forcing the "S" shape on the spine. I usually use it when my back's a bit sore. Does well, whether driving/working at a desk. The only disappointment I found was, this particular model didn't have any velcro straps to tie it to a chair. I am not sure why they didn't add it. But over all, if you don't maintain good posture and are struggling, it's worth giving this product a shot.

I have been using cushions like this to ease back pain. This one is fine and gives me the support I need.

The Grand 1000-Thread-Count 100% Cotton Sheet Set

These sheets are perfect. I wonder if some of the negative reviewers are mistaken about which sheets they bought! I bought this exact sheet set on Amazon (on September 23, 2005 so says the yellow bar amazon shows me on the product page), and it is our favorite set. Much better than the $500 600-TC sheets that we had custom made.

These sheets are VERY soft. Just wash them a few times!

They are cool don't mistake heavy for hot. I find the high thread count makes them "slippery" sort of like silk (but obviously not silk).

I haven't had to be careful with washing. I've bleached them, tumbled them, high heat -all of that. I haven't had them wrinkle because they always go on the bed or get folded while still warm from the dryer. They have been washed nearly 50 times (every week since I bought them and a couple of times before the first use), and are in excellent condition with no signs of wear.

I don't find them to be smaller than queen sized sheets as another reviewer said. They are just right for our queen bed.

I don't understand how anyone could be unsatisfied. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and have never thought the sheets were better than these.

I really love these sheets! They have a great feel after being washed, weighty without being heavy. They have developed a nice patina and are extremely comfortable to sleep on.

I bought these sheets based on the other reviews I read. After washing and drying and putting them on my bed, I was disappointed. Although nice, they weren't any nicer than the 350-count Ralph Lauren sheets I had been using. I was thinking maybe the other posters had been sleeping on really cheap sheets for them to call these "luxurious."

However, after washing and drying several times, I have changed my mind! Wow, these just get nicer and nicer each time. They are soft and wonderfully thick--very substantial sheets. I love slipping between them at night. I just ordered another set.

They ARE prone to wrinkling, but ALL high thread count cotton sheets are. It's only when they mix cotton with icky polyester that sheets don't wrinkle. If you remove them from the dryer immediately, the wrinkling is minimal and most of the wrinkles come out the first time you sleep on them anyway.

I gave these sheets 4 stars instead of 5 because, although advertised as an "oversized" top sheet, it is too short. I can't tuck in my sheets at the sides at all--only at the foot of the bed. I have a regular king mattress of standard dimensions, so there is no reason why the top sheet is too small. The fitted sheet is fine, though.

I definitely recommend these sheets.

These sheets are very sturdy, but not a soft as I would have thought. I like them very much, especially for the price. One thing... the product description for the king set indicates it has standard pillow cases and so I ordered a set of king size cases. As it turns out the description was wrong; the set comes with king cases.

I'm puzzled by negative comments made about these sheets, and agree with another reviewer that perhaps people are reviewing the wrong sheets.

These are 1000 count sheets. That's 5x thicker (and more durable) than anything *most* people have slept on. So if people are saying that they're stiff, I would say that they're not stiff, they're thick.

We washed them and put them on last night, and they were wonderful. I highly recommend this set to anyone and everyone.

The pillows seem to be very nicely made; very full & well-stitched & they seem like they'll last a good long while.
