This bed in a bag is beyond beautiful! Very well made, so much more than I expected! The comforter is very very thick, and is very warm. One note, I thought the dark velvet trim was black when I looked at all the photos online of this set, but it is actually a deep dark purple. We do not notice any of the smell that others have mentioned. If your on the fence about ordering this, go for it, you won't be sorry!

After reading reviews, first thing I did was smelled it......to my delight, NO CHEMICAL SMELL!! Love the Plum colors. Thought it might be to feminine for my master bed, but it is perfect.

I have been searching all over the internet for some time now for a purple comforter set. I had found one that I really loved but it was pricey. So after extended research I found this one. I purchased the King set for a great deal with free shipping & it arrived quick! I got it the day before Valentine's Day. Can't beat that! The set is beautiful & well made. The comforter is comfortable & warm... & like some viewers mentioned, it did have a slight chemical smell. Since my bedroom walls were grey, I purchased grey sheets to go with it. The theme of my room is classy & elegant with shades of grey, silver, purple, lilac & lavender. I can't wait until the drapes & valances are available so I can purchase it to complete my bedroom. I have been wanting a purple set for my bedroom for a long time. Took a chance on this one and I love it! The weight, color and quality of work are all wonderful. The one down side was that the fabric had a strange odor upon arrival. I was diligent in spraying it with fabric freshener often and the odor is going away. Don't know if I would have kept it if I didn't love it so much, but now I'm glad I did.
