I got a damaged set which was replaced very quickly. I was a little worried that they were not thick enough but now having used them for two months I find they are just right. I am very impressed with the quality and service of this company and their sheets. I have laundered them six or seven times and they are holding up very well with little to no lint in the dryer screen (shows they are not disintegrating) and no wear showing. I wash with a bit of bleach and they have not faded either. The only thing I can complain about is that the top sheet could be made just a bit longer for thick mattresses another six inches and this would be the perfect set of sheets as it is they are excellent. When the first set showed up with a cut in the packaging and sheets (someone had gotten a little overzealous with a boxcutter evidently) I contacted the company and was immediately sent a new set. Not only did they do that but offerred to discount the set for the inconvenience! I did not accept the discount as I felt they had done everything necessary to make it right.
