1500 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton 1500TC Sheet Set, Queen Damask Stripe Blue 1500 TC

I bought these sheets in king size, deep pockets, first and foremost for the 1500 Thread Count quality and then for the pale blue Damask stripe, which matched my bead spread perfectly. The Damask stripe appearance and the pale blue color are perfect, but they definitely do not feel like 1500 thread count sheets! I have other sheets of this thread count and they have much more body and thickness to them. I would have expected these to be the same.
