Update 9/7/12. Well, I slept on these sheets last night, and I have to say...that it was like sleeping on a bumpy, puckered mess. Imagine sleeping on a large orange peel with that kind of texture. So, I washed again on gentle, and even added a quality fabric softener. Once I pulled them the washer, I was excited. The sheets were flat and smooth. I dried them on my lowest setting, and even finished with an air fluff. ARRRGGG!! They came out all puckered again. I will try ironing them and will post again in a couple of days. I wish I could change my rating to 2 stars.
Last update 9/11/12. I'm done fighting with these sheets. I washed on a cold gentle cycle and dried on a very low heat setting two times and ironed the bottom sheet once, and they are still puckered. I have returned them to Amazon and will invest in another set I purchased at the same time: Gramercy Park 510 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Hemstitch Sateen Sheet Set, SpiceThese sheets perfectly fit my California King with very deep pockets. I love the feel of these sheets -they are 300 Count and the quality is fantastic. They look good too. I'm used to solid color sheets and these have a little design to them that really makes the bed look good even when the comforter is pulled back. I'm going to buy the same sheets for the deep pocket King in my guest room.Product quality is good for what it is worth, but the patterns look much better in the photo, it is not as pleasing when view in close up.The sheet set seems fine so far--soft and of good quality. I especially like the color and pattern--very pleasant and somewhat muted.
