Just received this pad today. It is not as pictured. The pad is only the bottom rectangle and the fabric zippered cover is more of a plastic. I am very disappointed. I would recommend the Drive medical gel pad at half the price if you are just looking for a bottom cushion. It is what we are already using. This pad may work, but it is not what I intended it for.

Very please with this product and it has made a considerable difference for a wheelchair bound relative. Definitely recommend this product. The only issue I have is that the picture on the product listing is not the actual product received
