Terrific pillow. I'm a guy who always liked and used a flat pillow. This one is heavy and thicker, but the form isn't like those fluffy pillows you get at a hotel. It's more dense and shapes to your head and neck. I was having neck pain in the morning, and this pillow really helped reduce/eliminate the neck pain. Sleeping much better now! I'd recommend to try for anyone that wakes up with neck pain.
