As a frequent traveler and someone who suffers from chronic stress knots in my neck and shoulders, I can tell you I've tried many pillows. (Including a dreadful, inflatable neck pillow I took to Argentina in my effort to 'pack light') This one, however, is a keeper. The memory foam supports my neck and helps me rest my head in a more natural, comfortable position than the travel pillows I've tried before. It's small enough I can take it anywhere, but doesn't skimp on cushion or shape. The pillow is covered by a soft pillowcase which is removable and easily washed. The pillowcase zipper is on the outside where it remains unnoticed. This pillow will help you get the rest you're looking for whether in a plane, a train, or an automobile. I even use it at home! The only thing I would change about this pillow may be the color. I'd like to see it in navy blue or maroon instead of white. Regardless, if I ever have to 'pack light' again, I'll leave my reading material, snacks, and maybe even the camera before I'd give this up.

Comfort and convenience are the words that describe my memory foam travel size pillow. The pillow is durable and very easy to clean. In the past I have dealt with pillows whose seams inevitably rip and have miniature foam balls spill from their holes (embarrassing on the airplanes and those miniature balls are also noisy when they are squeaking right next to your ear). I have also been puzzled by why many so travel pillows have been lacking a pillow case when we all know it will look dingy after gathering oil and sweat from our heads. What a brilliant idea to have a removable cover to be able to throw in the wash!

It also helps me correct my neck posture ( I have a long neck and tend to hold my head too far forward.)The chiropractor recommended I sleep with one for two hours a night. I find myself so comfortable that I sleep with my head on it for the entire eight hours. My kids like it too.

It is just the right balance of soft cushion and firm support.

Bought this pillow for my husband who is suffering from chronic neck pain. He now uses this every night to support his neck while sleeping. I've bought him several pillows before that claim to alleviate neck pain. So far, a travel pillow like this works a lot better. It's also a big plus that the cover is washable & it's reasonably priced!

If you look @ the picture of the product, you will see a thick, square backed foam neck pillow. This is "characteristic" of the higher quality neck pillows that can be purchased. THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. You will receive a typical rounded back, thinner pillow than what is shown in the picture.......DO NOT BuY IT.I am very grateful to Amazon for taking it back.

Plane rides can be unsettling and uncomfortable depending on the distance. For YEARS I'd been talking about getting myself a neck pillow for travel but could not decide which to buy. Many pillows require you to blow them up for use and, although I that would allow for ease of use and compact travel, I could not see myself inflating and deflating a travel pillow. I love the feel of memory foam so decided on the Z pillow after reading the reviews.

Upon first wrapping the pillow around my neck I was extremely excited to take it on the plane. Once I sat down I immediately took it out and got situated in my seat. About 45 mins into the flight, I started to get a cramp in my neck so I repositioned myself assuming that it was user error. 20 mins later I was still uncomfortable. What I realized was that the pillow was so soft that the longer I used it, the flatter it seemed to get. Several days later, on my trip home, I experienced the same thing. The pillow is really really comfortable however, I don't think that it can be used for long periods of time. In my opinion, the memory foam could stand to be a TAD bit firmer, which should still provide comfort however, also stability. If there are difference comfort levels to this pillow, I would DEFINITELY repurchase for myself and others.
