When the description says "firm" they mean FIRM! I think I am going to order another that is medium. The pillow is wonderful, the cover is nice. I will recommend to anyone. Just know that unlike other companies that declare "firm", this company really means it!

Well my favorite pillows finally got so lumpy that it was time to exchange them for new ones so the search began. I wish I could have bought the same brand as I already knew that the pillows I had were great, but it seems the company went out of business so I had to find a new brand. I sleep on my back, side and stomach but mostly on my side and back. I have bought many pillows trying to find one that wouldn't kill my neck. After many months of trying different pillows I was getting to the point where I was wondering if I would ever find a comfortable pillow again. It seemed no matter what pillow I tried I still woke up with a sore neck and even a sore lower back at times. That is until I found these pillows, this pillow has rid my neck pain and it feels like I am sleeping on a cloud, ah finally a full nights sleep without constant tossing and turning. I bought two of these since I like to have one pillow under my head and one pillow on top of my head. the description included "cool comfort" which was not. also, it was not firm as indicated in the heading. my husband ended up taking it but would not refer...
