I wrote an e-mail to Amazon and they forwarded it to Crazy Cart the actual seller of the item. These
were some really nice people who had a replacement to me in two days.
The pillow is very nice and soft. since I am in a recliner when I am not in my wheelchair it gets about
14 hours a day use, every day. if i was going to complain it would be that i thing the soft material used
as the outer skin is a bit thin. It is working fine but being so thin I expect it will wear through quickly.
This neck pillow that is so soft and smooth is sure a great change from my old corduroy covered one.
