Bed Sheet Set - Queen Size - Black

They are not Egyptian. They are not 1200 thread count. They are not cotton. They are synthetic polymers, from China, badly stitched, and badly dyed (different pieces of the set are not quite the same color). There's really nothing at all to recommend them.

Purchasing this item was a complete mistake and disaster! Certainly too good to be true! The mistake was believing that 1200 count sheets would only cost $35.

The disaster was when the product arrived. The ad stated 1200 count and the package arrived otherwise. 1) The sheets we marked on the package

"J Sanders Collection" "1500 Thread Count", "100% Egyptian Cotton Sheet Set".

Well nothing could be further from the truth!

2) The color didn't even match the advertising! The sheets are maybe 100 count at best! Ad image/stated "SAGE", what arrived was olive green.

3) Last I checked the labels should match the brand, and certainly didn't.

4) Not even "Deep Pocket"!

I posted a less than favorable review of product. And requested to return product, if shipping for return would be covered. However, the seller first offered a refund if I removed negative comment. I declined. The seller has refunded the entire cost (I believe... as I paid partial Amazon Gift card and credit card, I see the credit on my visa, not so sure about gift card). I still have sheets sitting in the package they arrived in and most likely use as items to take to the beach and camping.

I write this review so others can be aware and not fooled by the seller. Buyer's proceed with caution.

This is very disappointing and frankly the process has me turned off with purchasing from Amazon.

There is nothing wrong with these sheets. but, i was expecting sheets like the 800 thread count or more that I've gotten at macy's or tjmaxx. these are micro-thread, and you can almost see through them. The feel ok on the bed, but they don't feel luxurious; they don't make me want to cuddle into the bed.

Are they worth $20-something dollars? I suppose they are, but don't think you are getting a great deal. There are lots of great deals on Amazon. This just isn't one of them.

These sheets are really a poor quality. They are paper thin, and I mean THIN! The elastic around the fitted sheet is really thin and stretched out. I had to sew new elastic all around the edges to get the sheets to stop pulling off. However, I must say that when I contacted customer service they were very nice and did offer a substantial credit. Not all of the cost, because I had washed and used the sheets, but enough to make me satisfied (not with the sheets, just the transaction). So, if you are looking for high quality sheets....keep looking!

I have been thinking about what to write in terms of a review, because on the one hand I feel as though these were misleading i.e., I thought I was getting Egyptian cotton sheets at an unbelievable price. I am quite sure, however, that they are not even cotton; the specifications, if you look carefully, state that they are microfiber grains. So, if you are determined to have a high thread count Egyptian cotton sheet set, these are probably not for you. On the other hand, however, I love these sheets and I am glad I bought them. The color is lovely (mine are the gold ones) and it hasnt faded after two washes. No pilling, either. The feel of them is WONDERFUL! Absolutely wonderful and this is coming from someone who is somewhat picky in terms of wanting cotton sheets with a decent thread count to sleep on. The finish is not great; but they arent coming apart, either. The price is fantastic and I have ordered two more sets from this seller. Four stars because the headline is misleading and the finish isnt great *** Follow up after several months of use: Although I initally loved these sheets, after several months of use I am going to get rid of them. For the price, they're okay but just "okay". They started pilling badly after a couple of months and they are rough feeling now. I will not be buying any more of them. I reduced the rating to three stars due to their short life.
