Plum Unity Sand 24 Oz

I ordered Sand from 3 different retailers the week before my anniversary. The two others processed and shipped the items and had them to me that friday.

Angelo's was more than a week late. I emailed them after a few days of seeing it "Not Shipped" and their generic response was "Our items are all highly customizable and this can cause shipping delays".

My Aqua sand was not customized. It is a pre-packaged product.

No issue with the product itself, just abysmal shipping times and customer service.

For my wedding we are doing a sand ceremony. We needed grey and it was hard to find.Fast shipping and product as described.
