SUPREME Goose Down Pillow

These pillows are acceptable, but... I was looking for down, not feather pillows. The description says that these pillows are 95% Down, 5% feathers. The fact is, the opposite is true. The actual product label calls out 95% feathers / 5% down. The pillows will do, but are not what I was expecting. The price was not commensurate with down, so I should have known.

Perhaps the online product description should be corrected?

The pillows arrived in less than 4 days, so I was able to sleep on them last night ... great, restful sleep. The previous reviewer must have received defective ones ~ mine are everything I could have hoped for. The casing is strong and well-made, the stitching is flawless, & with 95% down & only 5% feathers, I'd be surprised to have much incidence of feathers making it through to the outside. The low price seals the deal ~ I paid considerably more for the down & feather pillows I had been using, and yet was frequently poked by quills.

These pillows aren't bad for the price I suppose. The feathers come out of them very easily, my whole bedroom seems to be covered in them.

When mine arrived one had a tear along an edge that was about 2 inches long, I just sewed it together since it didn't seem worthwhile to return it.

The two pillows I received had the tags clearly cut off of them, the "do not remove under penalty of law" ones, that made me a bit weary.

They smelled clean and didn't seem used or anything so I just accepted it as not having to remove the tags myself.

Overall I'd recommend you try something else, but for $25 each these aren't terrible.

I ended up throwing them away, they just kept leaking too many feathers. I notice that they now claim to be down pillows, when I bought them they were sold as feather pillows.

I removed one star because more than anything else they just made a mess. They're still not bad, but you better have some really thick pillow cases to keep the feathers in.

When I buy down, I expect a light fluffy pillow. These pillows are heavy and quite hard, and seem a little flat. I quess that's what I get for trying to get an amazing pillow over the internet.

The pillow stays fluffy for a while, but then the feathers start coming out and as they poke out, it makes it itchy to sleep on. I would probably spend a little more money and buy a better quality pillow.
