I love this pillow, I have neck issues and having the adjustability is wonderful. I get great support and comfort.

I think this is the best pillow in the world for neck whiplash pain. This pillow is a good buy because it lasts a long time because you can keep pumping air into the part that goes under your neck if it gets too low (before, with the regular Core neck pillow, I had to buy a new pillow every 2 months -forget that!). But this pillow is worth every cent. I keep a spare in the closet just in case, though, because I never want to be without this pillow ever again. I tried just about every pillow on the market for years and none of them worked until I found this one.

This pillow is not really very good for someone who sleeps primarily on their side. There is only one corner of the pillow that supports my head at close to the right height. The only adjustable part is a cylinder along one edge. It is like sleeping with your head on a sausage.
