Aquatopia Memory Foam Deluxe Nap Mat, Pink

Aquatopia Memory Foam Deluxe Nap Mat, PinkThis is a very plush nap mat with nice fit and finish. My 2-year old transitioned from taking naps in a crib or play yard to a nap mat on the floor when she moved from home daycare to preschool, and she was comfortable enough that she napped on this mat on the first day without any prior exposure to it.

The pillow can be detached from the mat and has a zippered case so that the insert can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. The memory foam did have a slight odor that quickly dissipated after the mat was washed and aired overnight. The mat has been washed a handful of times without a problem. No pilling so far. Due to the thickness of the foam, the mat does come out of my dryer slightly damp after one cycle. The fleece material can be on the warm side during the summer months in Las Vegas. There is a place to write your child's name on the reverse side of the mat, and the entire mat easily rolls up for transport. I do wish the mat was a little longer in length, but I cannot complain about the quality for the price.

Mother and child are very happy with this purchase! :)

I got it for my two year old daughter for her nap time in the day care. It's nice and soft but to small for a toddler.

It is too small (length and width). The foam is awesome and I'm so sad that it is so tiny! I couldn't imagine any child over 18 months using this. :( I have to return it but then I'm thinking that maybe I could use it as a belly-time mat for my newborn (coming soon...in August). I would look for a wider and longer mat before making this purchase.

Best nap mat I've seen out there. Worth the money as the quality is obvious. Easy to clean and my daughter loves it.

It is definitely the nicest mat ever, so soft and comfortable, BUT sooooooo short! Most toddler nap mats are at around 50" long, and this one indicates only 41" in length, however my mat is really ONLY 38" long. We could possibly use the pillow outside of the mat, but then the blanket only covers a half of the body. My daughter is only 2.5 years old and about 36" tall. Aquatopia, why can't you make the mat longer, like everybody else??????????

Also, there is a name tag on the reverse side of the mat, which is a great feature, however the design requires you to roll up the mat starting with the end that has the tag. Therefore, after it is all rolled up and closed you cannot see the tag :( It would have been much better if the name was visible after the mat is rolled, especially if in the daycare 2 or more kids have the same mats. It is definitely something to think about for the manufacturer.
