I was very pleased with this mattress pad. Last night was our first night on it and it felt great! My husband and I are both large people, so this provided some wonderful confort and support. I have chronic lower back pain, and it was still there this morning, so the new mattress pad didn't quite take that away. However, I still slept wonderfully and feel this mattress pad is a large improvement over the feather mattress pad we previously slept on.

I was surprised to receive a card in the mail from the manufacturer which gave me customer service numbers in case I had questions (I didn't). I like the proactive customer service. This product was also made in the US, which made me feel good also.

The product came fairly quickly, but I was surprised how really heavy it was. The box and the mattress pad were a bit of a handful to move around, but once I got it on the bed, it was fine. I hope the heaviness means it will last a long time!]

I was also pleased with the waterproof mattress cover. I expected plastic or vinyl of some sort, but found it had a terry cloth top which was very nice. It's like a fitted sheet, so was easy to get on the mattress pad.

This product was the right size, so fit our bed well. You'll need to be sure you have deep fitted sheets, because the extra 4 inches really made the bed higher.

For the price, I think you can't beat this. I am very pleased!!

i have been using the king size in this product for about a year. It's very warm to sleep on during the summer. The cover washes up great. Easy to flip since the foam really doesn't "pop" back into place. I found myself in the middle of the night having to claw my way out of a trench. I purchased this item to help me out with some back problems. Worked great p until the last couple of months. My back wasn't getting any support and really made matters worse, so I had to take it off. What do I do with a used king size foam mattress???? I just feel that over time the product just brock down, and took my back with it.

We bought this back in July and it was great for the first week. Now we've had it for a month and its flat. For the money i would have expected it to last a lot longer than it did. Trying to return it and buy something else. The matress cover was soft but mine was too big for the bed. I put the orginal one that i had on it and it fit like a glove. It also a little short and to line it up and the head means its short on the foot. I wouldnt recomened this to anyone
