"Techie" has most of the cons right. I would add the smooth finish is gone after 1st wash .Would like to return but I bought them in June.

I saw some poor reviews of this item but went ahead and ordered. I guess everyone's expectations are different. I think they are a great set of sheets and cases. The color is a little lighter/more bronze than chocolate. Washed, dried and used... they're perfectly fine and feel so smooth and cool.

I just got these today and immediately through them in the wash to put them on the bed tonight. The color is great (I bought brown) and the little square design is nice too. 1500 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton 1500TC 4 Piece Bed Sheet Set, King, Sage Solid 1500 TC

We currently use 1200 thread count sheets and expected nice, luxurious quality sheets when we ordered the 1500 thread count.

Picking up the package at the mailbox was a disappointment. It felt very light. Was there only one sheet? or did they only send the pillow cases.

Arriving home, the wife and I opened the package, and she exclaimed, "What!?" My heart sank. The sheets feel so cheap and paper thin. Would probably be very nice in hot, humid Arkansas or Mississippi, but in Alaska, we like thick sheets that get softer with each wash.

My stomach feels ill, and I won't purchase from this vendor again. My second thought was to put them on the guest bed, but then, I'm embarrassed.

I will never purchase from amazon again I recieved both sets of sheets which are not what they avertised they are no where near the thread count they say nor do they fit my bed one of the vendors called me and said the would issue a credit which I never got the other send a return authorization they said they couldn't take them back beacuse they where opened if I had not opened them how would I be able to tell they are not what they claim

I was a little disappointed with my sheet set. The color is much darker than it appeared. It is called sage and appeared to be a pale green. What I have is what I would consider olive green or army green! In addition, the sheets are very thin. I can't imagine that they will last very long. I really question these being 1500 thread count sheets (Okay, maybe 1500TC total, but surely not 1500 TPI). You can see right through them (they are thin yarn)! I grabbed one of my old 1200 count pillow cases and I'm sure it weighs just as much as this entire 1500 count set. I was hoping for nice and luxurious, but what I got reminds me of cheap sheets from WalMart. I work for a world class hotel and I can assure you that these would never be on one of our beds.

To thin it said 100% Egyptian but there not there thin and Egyptian are thicker and will last longer than these,but these are soft.

I have been looking for a contoured pillow that is NOT made of "memory foam" as "memory foam" squashes down and I need the support. I thought this one might be a solution but it is too thin also so has not helped me at all. I can't seem to find a contoured pillow with firm support that is about 6" in depth and doesn't squash down to 1". I will have to keep looking because this was not it.

I am on my second pillow and have been using this model for 6-7 years. It is thin and dosen't life the head and cause spine curvature. It helped my muscle spasms in my neck along with good sleep and correcting my posture on the computer.

My chiropractor recommended this pillow. He said I would have to get used to it gradually and that is what happens. You have to be patient. Buckwheat Healthy Pillow W/double Zipper Cotton Cover Size: 25"x14" (White)

This pillow arrived very nicely packaged. It includes an exterior blue plaid pillowcase and is well made. It is extremely firm as the buckwheat is densely packed. I believe some can be removed but it looked a bit tricky. Unfortunately for me, the formaldehyde odor was overwhelming and caused my eyes to burn like crazy to the point of waking me up at night. Many fabrics (including Pottery Barn duvet covers) are treated with formaldehyde so that the fabric will stay crisp and unwrinkled for packaging. This is not uncommon in the textile industry. I washed the outer pillow case and the odor went away but there was no way to wash the other inner layers without completely removing all of the buckwheat, which I have yet to do. This may not be an issue for some people but if you've ever lived in a new house with new carpet, or new particle board cabinets, etc., and found your eyes dry and burning for no apparent reason it's due to the formaldehyde. This has nothing to do with the buckwheat. It's the same problem they had with the trailers FEMA set up for Hurricane Katrina survivors. Otherwise it is an almost perfect pillow. Remove some buckwheat to make it pliable instead of rigid and it would be very comfortable.

After the first nite using the pillow I had to take out some filling, as the pillow was too stiff. Double zipper feature works great. The size was perfect for me. The pillow does support your neck. Was worried about hearing sounds from the buckwheat....nope. No smell! The pillow lays flat and doesn't move around. It's been almost a week now....and I like the pillow. Not too hard and not too soft.

This 3.3 pound 4" topper is the softest thickness/density combination you can buy. The quality is top notch. I prefer a soft sleep surface and could never find a coil mattress that felt soft enough, so I created my own custom mattress by using TWO of these on top of a 3" hard foam support layer. It's like a cloud, you sink into it almost immediately! The support is so comfortable, and my muscles relax so completely through the night, it's actually physically hard to get up and out of bed in the morning. The only drawback is if you're primarily a stomach sleeper, the hammock effect is a little uncomfortable. In that case I'd replace the middle layer with a 4.3 pound for just a little more support.

I never liked the Tempur Pedic ones in the store, they seemed too hard to me, and took too long to sink into. I bought this for an airplane trip. This is rather substantial and heavy. While it has the memory foam, it is rather stiff and doesn't yield easily, so while your head won't fall sideways, you also don't sink into it either it is not as cushiony as the ones you buy in the airport (polyfill). I didn't bother with it for the return trip, I just used the headrest that is bendable. Somebody else had an inflatable neck support, so I will try that out next.

But my daughter had all her wisdom teeth out and had to keep her head up for 2 days, so this pillow became her best friend. I have neck and shoulder problems, so that is probably one reason why I didn't like it too well. But my youthful daughter loves it.

Bought this in queen size for $100 at Sams Club. After reading many reviews I was a little skeptical about this item since it is a gel foam which is usually more expensive, measured 2.5 inches which is half an inch more than more expensive toppers I had looked at, and the density was 4lb instead of the usual 3lb again on more expensive toppers. And the reviews I read stated that it was indeed 60 x 80 so it covered the entire mattress as opposed to many others that for some inexplicable reason make theirs an inch or two shorter and narrower than the actual mattress size. The only negative thing I found in the details was that it was made in China. But at such a low price I figured it was worth a try and would be simple enough to return if we didn't like it. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. After CAREFULLY cutting through the many layers of plastic wrap we unrolled the topper also very carefully because it starts out very tacky and tends to stick to itself. Left it on the bed for just under 4 hours and when I went back in it was completely expanded to a full 2.5 inches and completely covered the mattress. It also came with a mattress pad that seemed to be good quality with 100% cotton top and nice stretchy polyester sides that would fit most deep mattresses. Although my husband claims he noticed an odor as soon as he opened the box and that he could smell it every time he walked into the bedroom it did not seem to bother him at all. And as for me I didn't smell anything at all. I even put my face down to it before putting any bedding on it to see if I could detect an odor which seems to be a big complaint, but I did not smell anything ... and usually I am the one with a very sensitive nose! It was when I actually laid down on the mattress to go to bed that the first disappointment came. The mattress is very firm... not hard but firm.I am alost 300lbs and I didn't even sink down into this topper. I have fibromyalgia and have a lot of tender points and have difficult sleeping. I had slept on a memory foam mattress topper at my sister-in-laws several months back and it was wonderful. It hugged my body and relieved any pressure and I slept the best I had in years. I guess I was expecting something at least similar but this mattress is more firm than our 10 year old worn out pillow top mattress. So if you are looking for a nice cloud-like feel when you lay down this mattress is not for you. However if you have a really hard mattress and need just a little give but with good support this would be an ideal fit. I venture to say you could put this on the floor and sleep comfortably. it is a great value for the quality but just not what I was looking for so we returned it.

One problem, however, has been that the noise caused by opening the velcro fasteners has startled her, initiating crying, air swallowing and reflux. Old-fashioned ties might improve the design. In addition, for the cost of materials put into this product, I believe the cost is quite high. Someone handy with a sewing machine, cotton fabric and a piece of foam rubber with a 30 degree wedge, could make their own.

I bought this for my 3 months old son. He wakes up crying every hour and he diagnosed with acid reflux. We were very excited to have this because we needed to keep his head elevated. However, we could not use it even one night.

He moves suddenly in his sleep and straps were not strong enough to keep him. Also pillow is narrow. My son once moved and his head dropped from pillow (this is a high pillow), but his belly was still strapped. It was a scary position. We immediately decided not to use it.

If it was wide enough to cover crib side to side, I would want to use it. My son is still suffering and we have not found anything that works, yet.

It is overpriced for material and quality. It looks and feels very cheap.

I bought this for my newborn who was recently diagnosed with acid reflux. It seems to work very well with helping spitting up/vomiting. I have peace od mind knowing that he will not choke if he does spit up during the night. I think it would be better if the pillow did come in different sizes...my son is small and the strap that goes across his belly is up to his arm pits.

I read the other reviews concerning baby being able to get themselves scooted off the edge of the pillow. I was concerned, so I planned to order the rigging and affix it to another, wider wedge. So I went to Youtube to try to figure out how it worked and if I could rig it, and what do you know? I figured out what the problem is. You have to use the green gingham pillow case thing under the arms but OVER the straps so the little one can't squirm out! This is the video I found most useful:

Now I'd agree that the green gingham cases suck. God help you if you need to wash it. In fact, fortunately I had already ordered the two cases and extra sling so I had one that was still right. I now keep a waterproof pad under him against the wedge so I don't have to do more than spot clean the gingham case. But over all, this pillow has made it possible for my super-refluxy son to nap in his own crib and maybe sleep thru the night there! We also use it to play downstairs. My son can't be flat except after sleeping thru the night...

This sham is very nice, but it is not leather. Not only that, but it is not even the fake leather all the way around. The information written about it says "French back opening" but doesn't mention that it is some sort of polyester cloth material on the back. It has a leather-look front and that's all. It is still very nice but I do feel like I really overpaid. In addition, the cloth backing material has some sort of "treated" smell and now I can't wash it because of the leather-colored synthetic front. I am still using it, I just don't like it close to my head when I'm sleeping and need to remember to remove it from the bed.

The leather-colored synthetic material looks is distressed and is actually beautiful. It is quite a bit larger than my European pillow, and thus is very droopy because of all of the extra room; however, this is a fine look for a slouchy leatherlike-front pillow. If this is what you're looking for, I think you'll like this particular pillow.

Not recommended, unless you want to pay this much for a beautiful fake leather sham.

I have owned a number of featherbeds, and this is definitely the best. It is baffled on both the top and bottom, is very well constructed and extremely lofty. It took about an hour to fluff after removing from the box, and is as big as it looks in the picture. Unlike other similar products I have owned, the bottom/base is stuffed with softer feathers than usual, making a very flexible and soft base, with a nice down baffled top. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for both softness and support. Sleeps like a dream!

We were going to purchase a new mattress. But to get one that was more comfortable than the 20 year old one we had was thousands of dollars. Ours was still nicer than 80% of the ones in the mattress store. Still, we had stayed in various inns and B & B's with more comfortable beds than ours. At least 2 of them used featherbed toppers. This was one of the deepest feather beds, and the baffles are necessary. I also appreciated the down top layer over the feather bottom layer. We were not disappointed with this choice. It added the "sleeping on a cloud" feeling. And it is not hot like the previous memory foam topper was. It does not really add 5" to your mattress height. That might be fully fluffed, not with the sheets over it. Good thing for us, or our bed would be too high to get onto. We re-fluff when changing the sheets, and it requires vigorous shaking (fluffing by 2 people is easier).

This was a real bargin, cheaper and much easier than replacing the mattress.

The best bed I ever slept in was in Bergen, Norway in 1972. Nothing has matched that experience. When we decided to replace our 16 year old mattress, we tried two different mattresses for 7 nights each. We have aches and pains that won't go away. All the beds made seem to be full of foam. No give for our boney frames. We ordered this feather bed and this has been the best nights sleep since the bed in Bergen, Norway in 1972. The sewing is top quality on this feather bed, as well as the quality of cotton. Unfortunately mine just isn't filled enough so although it starts out fluffy by the middle of the night it flattens out quite a bit and is uncomfortable. I really wanted the sleeping on a cloud effect but this did not have it and I'm average height and weight so those were not the factors affecting it either. Basically it just needs to be stuffed with more feathers. I've had 3 featherbeds, my first was from Garnet Hill 12 years ago and it was amazing but theirs also does not have the same quality it once did. I also tried 2 others recently, both were too flat and thin. From my recent trials all featherbeds in the $100-$300 (including the ones that normally sell for $379 on sale) range all seem to be about the same, very disappointing.

I was pretty hesitant when I first got it because the package it came it was flat. I was thinking, "Oh no, I hate assembling furniture." Firstly, it's a cube; Lastly, it's small. How hard can it be? It was absolutely simple! Not only that, but the leather touch feels authentic and smooth. I wanted to see how strong it was, so I made a risk of standing on it. As some others have pointed out, this ottoman is not designed for or sturdy enough for sitting on a regular basis. Occasionally yes. But, don't let a 200+ pounder sit on it.

Concept and execution is good for a foldable ottoman. When folded up for storage everything fits it the lid. Very convenient.

Materials are average quality but in line with the cost. ($23)

Workmanship is reasonably good and also better than average considering the price.

I like it. Glad I bought it. I wouldn't be happy if I paid more than $23.

I received this ottoman today, and I love them! The high quality pleather actually matched up with my real leather couches perfectly. The height was perfect for my feet and the cushion is just enough to enjoy hours of maximum couch enjoyment. The best thing is they collapse well for easy storage and for the price you can't beat it. They feel like they can hold my weight but I rather not try being 240lbs+, lol. I did sit on them for a bit so they can handle it though.

The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because of the chemical smell. They are the perfect size but if the smell doesn't go way I will have to return them.

I would have given this product 5 stars. Although it is the perfect size and color and very durable for my needs; the chemical used in the manufacturing of this product is very strong and hard to get rid of. I've had it for 4 days now and neither spraying, wiping or disinfecting seems to kill that strange, stinky smell. Think twice if you have allergies!!!.

Disney Jack Skellington Fleece Throw Blanket

The throw is not as soft as a furry stuffed animal but soft enough, just not to my liking. When I use it as a blanket at night if I pull it up to my neck then I end up uncovering my feet (I'm 5'4" by the way), so it is not as large as I expected it to be. I think people say it's large because it has more of a square shape than a rectangular one and they probably just use it to wrap around them when sitting or something. However, the only reason you are getting this blanket is for Jack. The color is a vibrant gray and it looks and feels well-made although it is a little thin for a throw. The Jack decal is a nice size that it won't be overbearing but big enough for a fan to appreciate. So don't hesitate, if you love Nightmare Before Christmas or know someone who does, then get it, you or they will love it.

I bought this blanket for my daughter as a Xmas gift, I was expecting it to be a little heavier than it was, it reminded me of those fleece throws you can buy in a grocery store for $5.00, it is large though you can wrap youself up in it.

I hesitated to buy a $100 pillow for pregnancy. But I'm not a side sleeper, so I was having real problems sleeping by about 16 weeks. Every time I turned over, I'd have to re-adjust all my pillows. So I took the plunge. This pillow has fulfilled all of my expectations and then some (I'm now 34 weeks, so have used it for almost 5 months). I'm a pillow snob too (I have 'my' pillows that I have trouble sleeping without), and this pillow is the perfect combination of soft and supportive. Also, a couple reviews said it was for 'large' people, which worried me, but I personally haven't found this to be the case (I'm slender and 5'7", and then there is the pregnancy bump of course!)

I chose this pillow because I wanted a 'horsehoe' pillow that went down both sides of my body, as the doctor said I could half-lie on my back as long as I had pillows propping me at an angle. This is why I chose this pillow over the other pregnancy pillows that only go on one side of your body, and I'm SO GLAD i did. I cannot imagine having to move a huge pillow from side to side every time you roll over. Added to that, with this pillow I can lay on my side and curl around it with the front of my body, then also lean back a little with the pillow behind me to get a bit of a different position. The pillow is always there no matter how I shift positions! I tried to sleep without it for one night when I was staying at my mom's, and my hips had sharp, shooting pains and I barely slept. Yes, it is that dramatic!

Some people have commented on the size it is a big pillow. I have actually slept with it in a single, queen and king sized bed, as I learned I can't sleep without it and so took it with me when I traveled (in a huge duffel bag again, I love this pillow). In a king-sized bed, my husband has plenty of room and there is no problem whatsoever. In a queen bed, there is a bit less room, but my husband didn't complain, especially because he can curl up to the outside of it as well. It even worked with me alone in a single bed! I guess the one downside is you can't cuddle with your partner (my husband calls it my 'nest'), and I do miss that, but honestly, I'm up and turning and going to the bathroom so much that it would keep him up anyway!

The only downside I could think of is that the stitching in the zipper seam of the pillow case frayed a lot with the first wash. After that, I was worried that the pillowcase would soon fall apart, but it hasn't (it's had about a dozen washes now). I now just make sure to zip the zipper closed when I wash it, and that works to prevent the fraying.

By the way, this is my first Amazon review, though I've purchased many products. I just have heard a lot of women in my prenatal classes complaining about sleep, so I wanted to share how well this pillow worked for me.

I have spent years trying to find a body pillow that will last longer than 3-6 months. By lasting longer I mean not going flat. My husband always says you get what you pay for and I thought long and hard before buying this pillow. Finally, after months of debate I bought this pillow last year and was happy with it for the first few months. After those blissful few months the pillow began to go flat and within 6 months it has been reduced to nubs. I had to shake it so the cotton would all go into place and tie off the ends. This pillow is good for temporary use only and I would not recommend anyone buying this product unless you're into wasting your money.

All of the reviews are correct as far as the fluffiness, space it takes, etc. but it won't last!

Bought this pillow with some hesitation because it was $100.00 but it came with a 1 year warranty, so I went ahead and made the purchase. I loved it, until, after being laundered it had shrunk by almost 2 feet!!!!! It says to "launder in commercial front load washing machine. Use warm water on gentle cycle with mild detergent. Dry in large commercial dryer on warm setting" which is how it was done. When I contacted Moonlight Slumber, (the manufacturer) the customer service rep. said that she would take care of it but had to check something. The next thing I know, the owner was on the phone blaming me, then the laundromat, and everything else he could think of, for the shrinking but insisted it wasn't his problem. Why offer a warranty if there is no intention of supporting it? I think they figure it will only be used for 9 months so there shouldn't be a problem but I have MS and used it longer. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had plus I now have a worthless $100.00 pillow!

I do not know if I can stress enough how much I LOVE this pillow. This is my fourth pregnancy and I have tried a lot of different products out there. With my third pregnancy, I even invested in one of those pregnancy blow up beds with the hole in the center for your belly and spent 5 months sleeping on the floor in front of my bed-ugh! Okay on to the Comfort-U total body pillow. What I love about it is it has just the right amount of firmness and softness to support your head, your legs, your belly or whatever you want to prop up or lay on. I do not need to use any other pillows with this while I am sleeping. I do use my regular pillow to prop me up more when I sit up and watch television, but do not need it to sleep. Let me say, I am a pillow snob-take my pillow with me on vacations, to visit family, etc...because I like a nice mushy pillow. This was my problem with the other body pillows; they were either too firm or too flat and I still had a fort of pillows in the bed. This pillow is just right. The pillow is big, so if you are in a bed smaller than a queen (I am in a king) you may find it too big for the bed if you share it with someone else. I must say I have caught my husband snuggling up against it, so it is large but it's soft and not intrusive. I was skeptical on spending the money for this, but boy am I glad I did. I read other reviews that said the same thing I am saying and I am so happy I listened. This pillow is really great.

I'm 7 months pregnant and from reading books, they said it is best for me to lie on my sides, but I'm so used to sleep on my back that most of the times I woke up found myself in my normal position instead of on one of the sides so i was looking for a pillow that not only helps me to sleep on my side but also provide support for my legs. I bought this for my 2 year old's birthday because he is obsessed with trains! The second he unwrapped it, he laid down and put his head on it knowing it was a pillow. He will not sleep without it and it is the perfect size for a little guy still in a crib. He does not go anywhere without it. My 18M got this for xmas, he absolutely adores it. He doesn't know it's a pillow, to him is just another "Teddy". Very well constructed, the fabric hardly sheds anything. Machine washable, it hasn't disintegrated afters several washes, it still holds its colors/shape.
