Amy Butler Bucharest Quilted Standard Sham *Organic*

I have the Amy Butler Bucharest quilt and I absoluetly love it. It is a deep grey color with all-over white embroidered stitching. It is stunning and everyone who sees it compliments me on it. I had a couple of the matching shams already and ordered this one for an extra pillow. Now, I'm only aware of this design being available in grey. However, the seller I purchased my sham from somehow managed to send me a navy blue one with light blue stitching. It was "pre-owned", so I think someone dyed it navy blue. Actually, it didn't look bad, but I wanted the traditional grey. So if you'd love this bedding but wish it was navy blue instead it looks like that can be done. lol

Amy Butler's Bucharest Quilted sham is very well made. The quilting is nicely and evenly stitched, actually all of the stitching is very well done. The pattern is really nice. It's not too heavy but isn't flimsy either. It's a bit stiff for organic fabric.

The only down side is the strong fragrance that's really hard to get out of the fabric. It may have been added by the manufacturer to mask chemical smells or it could have been picked up at the store. Bed Bath and Beyond, exclusive retailers of Amy Butler's bedding, do have a lot of fragrance in their stores.

I bought two of these today at Ross Dress for Less for $3.99 each. They are very nice I am returning them because they are the wrong blue for my room, but they are super cute quilted shams. Just don't pay twenty bucks each!
