This pillow insert is of excellent quality! The lining is thick enough that the contents are kept inside. I especially like the loft and the shape of this insert which was a major concern of mine because the cover I made needs to have a flat plane for the best display. This one is perfect. The fact that it is made in the USA was just icing on the cake. I couldn't be happier and will be ordering more in the future.
The pillows are nice quality, but do not fit my 18 pillow covers. Upon measuring, most of the sides come up short (one side was only 16.5")

In the beginning I hate it because I did not like the quality of the material. After I found out it was going to be stock with it since I was going to have to pay for the return and I already paid for delivery, I gave up and kept it. I covered one with a nice material and then I understood the pillow. It puffs up nicely and stays in a nice shape. I liked it so much that I ordered one more set in a larger size for shams for my bed. They looks great.
Be careful when you buy from this seller, it is hard to return if you are used to Amazon policy to return for free if you are not satisfy with the quality of the product. That is the reason for the 4 stars. The product is a 5 star,

Good product, especially for the price. On the slender/thin side, but not terrible... just means you need to measure 2" or so larger for the insert you buy then it will fill out nicely. Would buy again.
