1500 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton 1500TC Twin Extra Long Sheet Set, Twin XL, Brown Solid 1500 TC
I have just purchased two sets of twin extra-long sheets to put on my dual-mattress king-sized bed. I am pleased with the sheets and expect they will last a long time. The sheets are 1500 thread count per inch which means they have a beautiful heavy body. Being wrapped in these sheets is a feeling of ultimate luxury. They are silky without the slipperiness of silk sheets. They have a shine like silk and are easy to wash. My sheets in brown color have a bronze sheen to them. They are oversized so that they fit my plush mattresses perfectly. I love these sheets if I could afford it I would buy another 2 sets right now. I recommend them for all. If you have trouble sleeping, these sheets will definitely help. Inside these sheets, I don't want to get out of bed for anything! The sheets weren't as soft as the 1500 thread count would make you believe and we bought softer sheets with a lesser thread count elsewhere. Not for the money I paid. We needed 2 XLong sets for our adjustable bed and found these to be rough even after two washes and more disappointing yet are the missed seam edges. They are poorly assembled and falling apart at the seams. I will return these today. The product is sold as 1500 thread count. The package does not show thread count but rather notes "1500 series". The actual thread count is not noted on the package, and it feels like "t-shirt" material. Typical of low thread count. The shipping cost was 2/3 the product cost, so there is not even a reason to return it. Will donate to charity!I ordered these sheets under the impression that I was going to receive a product that would last me more than three months. By the third time I washed them, they has essentially turned to sandpaper. I would be suprised if they had a real thread count of over 200. DONT buy these sheets
