My grandson brought this for me for Xmas, I thought what the heck is this. Will I used it the next night and love it. I can't believe how comfortable it is. I have major neck problems and need surgery, have woke up feeling great. The only problem I have is the pillow smells weird. I think its going away but it is weird, they tell you to give it time. I lay on my back now so I don't notice the smell as much, but when I turn over I do. Also this does stay cool.

I suffered from whip lash while playing roller derby and this was the only way I would have any relief. I would wake up feeling refreshed and relieved. My neck would hurt throughout the day and I couldn't wait to use this pillow. I am now healed but this is still the best pillow I have ever owned and I continue to use it.

terrible purchase..it does not stay cool at all..not even as well as my contour pillow i have now...and i am 112 pounds..(small head) and the pillow flatens immediatatly..kept for my 2 year old grandaughter..

This pillow is fantastic. I used to have upper back pain due to using a soft pillow with no structure in them. The first night I used it, I slept so well. Heck, even lying down to sleep, I could feel my upper back relaxing in a way that was unfamiliar. I'm standing taller, walking straighter, and my posture is close to perfect. I would suggest this pillow to anyone who has back pain.

Odor free my butt! It smelled like mustiness/mildew right out of the box. It took three days of airing it out before I could even think of trying to sleep on it. When I did finally try and sleep on it, it flattened like a pancake. It offers zero support for people with even minor neck problems. Buy a FootLevelers or a genuine TempurPedic instead. This is simply awful. I would have given it zero stars if possible.
