Very Disappointed in this pillow. First, the size listed of 16x18 was not the size I received. Mine was 15 x 17. Second, the colors shown in the picture are not accurate either. The whites shown in the picture are NOT white....but a beige color. The Santa cap 'tassel' is mostly a tan color...not white. The white hair on the dog's face is a light tan so the contrast is not the same as it appears in the picture. Therefore, it creates a more abstract look when looking at the dog's face. Third, when I inquired about a return...I was ignored. So...I'll keep this pillow and enjoy...but it is NOT what I expected nor accurately presented in the picture advertisement. Won't shop here again based on poor customer service alone.
