Pros -

-like a baby couch if you have an armchair and baby can sleep in it on your lap after nursing.

-flexible filling so that my back didn't hurt and my arms were supported everywhere

-may be able to nurse twins on it (i only have 1)

-good return policy

Cons-

so thick it is way hot in warm weather

expensive

middle opening is large so can't close it and walk to get the baby since it falls down, and baby gets lost in the hole while nursing

'self adjusting' so it does what it wants and you have to fight it.

enormous!!!!!!! way too big to go anywhere with it

not versatile. doesn't work anywhere but my armchair and then stopped working there.

may be good for newborn or small baby but mine got too big to be at a good feeding angle while on it

forces baby into flat lying position when they hit about 23", which leads to shorter feeding --> less sleep, and much reflux with nipple twisting and spitting up

-fill compresses so it will lose shape

biggest box to deal with if you decide to return it

you cannot use it as shown in the picture with the piece behind her head. You'd be slumped to touching your toes!
