I am happy with this pillow insert. Very full and fluffy. The only problem I had is I was advised to go up to the next size from the cover I wanted to fill. I should have ordered the same size. It fills it so full that it is too firm. Not comfortable. I would order this again only in the right size.
As some other customers noted this is by no means a 20x20 pillow insert. I measured it and it is just 18x18. I am actually happy with the quality of the materials and the fact that it is not a soft insert, which is great to use in a deep sofa; my complain is that Amazon is selling an item that is NOT as advertised. Please listen to those of us who complain.

For some reason, these are much better than the 26x26 version by the same company (which I also reviewed). The filling is evenly filled out and soft, and they fit our 18x18 pillows cases well (I learned that you should buy the filling a size up so they fill out the cases). I also prefer having a down alternative for couch pillows, so they are more supportive and bounce right back after you lean on them.

For hypoallergenic pillow inserts for throw pillow covers, I have no complaints! They seem to keep their shape and serve their purpose well!
