I bought this pillow for my sister who was having abdominal surgery. She loves it....and so does her son. It is so soft and comfy. She was able to comfortably sit up in bed, or even on the floor. When you lean back on it, you will love it. Now that surgery is over, she keeps it on her bed to watch TV. He son loves how soft it is too and uses it also. Good price.

This back rest is comfortable, easy to manuever, cute to look at. My only complaint is that the cover can't be removed and washed. I would give it 5 stars if I could clean it.
