Being a new stay-at-home grandma, watching my new grandchild 5 days a week, I knew I'd need a rocker for feeding him, cuddling, reading books, and rocking. My daughter-in-law had already purchased the exact same chair for her home and loved it so I took her advice and purchased the same one. I love to sit in it even when the little one isn't here. It is very comfortable. It went together extremely easy, I did it myself in no time at all. Being 5' 8" tall, and weighing 150 lbs, (me, not my grandson) I wouldn't recommend it for anyone extremely overweight. My husband who is 6' tall, and weighs 190 pounds is "just comfortable", althought I don't notice him using it that often. My body just fills the seat nicely, no room to squirm. Other than that, we love this chair.

We purchased this from Amazon in late Feb. 2013 in preparation for our 3rd baby in about 8 weeks and to replace an old and very worn hand-me-down glider with no ottoman. As a working mother of 2 children under 3 1/2 already, I am in no mood to log another year+ of nursing hours in a glider without padded armrests, no ottoman and a low back. This model had all the features I was looking for at a price point we were comfortable with given all the impending expenses.4 Stars are for the following:
Prompt delivery and condition of packaging was very good.
Took my husband little time to assemble (would have gone faster without the "help" of our two toddlers).
Comfortable seat with a high enough and soft enough back to lean back & rest your head in a natural position.
Looks very nice and blends in very well with our other furniture because it is so neutral.
Arm rest pockets are a nice feature to hold phone, snack or book for easy access during nursing.
Smooth action and quiet glide so far. (We've only had it a week, so will update if we get any squeaks.)
Not 5 stars because:
The fabric base covering the opening of the wood seat was not stapled and screwed in straight and there was one side and one corner not completely covered by the fabric which is intended to reinforce the hollow area below the seat cushion.
We had the ability to correct this in about 10 minutes by removing the 2 screws and 8 or so staples, correctly centering the fabric and screwing/stapling it back in the correct position. However, if we did not have the tools and hardware on hand to make the quick fix, we would have had to re-pack and return this item.
It may have been a fluke, but I definitely advise inspecting each piece for manufacturing/assembly defects before starting assembly and breaking down the packaging.
Overall, I am very pleased with the comfort, appearance, function and price of this glider and ottoman. I consider it a good value.
I just wish the 2 toddlers weren't so attracted to the ottoman. They try to injure themselves on it daily by breaking rules and using it in ways it is not intended. We are working to correct those behaviors and hopefully it will lose it's interest very soon. Obviously, not the chair's fault...just fair warning to anyone else who has adventurous little ones to keep a close eye on tykes that might be equally as fascinated, sneaky and dangerous as ours.

Got this for my parents house as they would be watching our child. I'm not very impressed with the quality. If I had to do it again, I'd spend a little extra and get a better one. Just feels cheap and is not comfortable at all.
