I bought this a few months ago and am still using it. The pillow does help keep you sleeping on your side. If sleeping on your side eliminates your snoring, this pillow will help you. If you snore like a mack truck pulling a load of gravel up a hill, this probably will not help you too much. I tried this in conjunction with one of the anti-snore mouthpieces on Amazon and was told that it cut the noise to a dull roar but did not stop the snoring to the point where other people could still sleep in the same room. I think it does help me breathe a bit better at nite and am still using it. The only downside is an occasional sore neck if you sleep on it the wrong way. If you are a "light snorer" and have room in the bed for it, I would definitely suggest you try it. If you can overpower a chainsaw with your snore, you should probably head straight to a CPAP machine.

This pillow was recommended for me following a medical sleep study. I stop breathing (20 times per hour) when I sleep on my back. That's every 3 minutes. Add to that the fact that my oxygen dropped 12%, and you KNOW I have a problem.

Given the choice between learning to sleep on my side or wearing a cpap machine for the rest of my sleeping life, I came out and found this turtle-like pillow to help me learn how to safely sleep at night, and bought one. That was two weeks ago. When it arrived, I tried different names for it, "the turtle" "the dove," and finally came up with "the Bump." And so the Bump and I had to become friends.

At first, even knowing I had no choice, I "fought" sleeping with the Bump. I mentally pictured it safely holding me in place, but I still kept trying to turn over in my sleep, and waking up when I couldn't. I must have awakened 20 times or more that first night. The second night was a bit better. And, over the course of two weeks, I finally had my first full night's sleep, waking up once or twice and turning over to my other side, then falling quickly back to sleep.

BUT, even before that first full night, I could tell a difference. I began waking up more alert and aware. I no longer have to take a nap during the day to survive (waking up from the nap even more sleepy and tired). Since the sleep study was able to identify my problem, I know that I am breathing better, sleeping deeper, especially since I am waking up more rested. Even my morning blood sugar has significantly improved.

For those buying this to reduce snoring ... it does that too, by forcing you to lay in the correct position where your throat remains open.

But the primary FDA approval is for Sleep Apnea particularly the kind that I have, positional sleep apnea.

It is designed to train you to sleep on your side, and to help you be comfortable in the correct sleeping position. It takes time to learn to sleep in this position. In my case, it was two weeks to become comfortable all night long, but for some people, it can take up to a full month. So do not purchase this pillow unless you are willing to make that kind of commitment.

This pillow is aaaaamazing. My husband was snoring so much that I had to use ear plugs; those didn't always work. I was ready to sleep in another room just to get a good night sleep. My husband ordered this. It took ahwile to get the pillow. (He was actually ready to go to a retail store to purchase a pillow.) We decided to wait for this one; I am so glad we did. I don't know how it works so well, but it does. I can sleep through the night and not wake up from his snoring. He says that it is comfortable and has no problem sleeping on this pillow. This pillow has stopped my snoring, according to my wife. I do seem to be getting better sleep. Had if for 2 weeks now, still adjusting to it.

Pros:

Seems to work for snoring.

Seems fairly well made.

Better sleep.

Cons:

Expensive.

You have to sleep with your arm out, under the pillow. It does not work without that. We used to have the bedroom fairly cold at night, under thick blankets. Had to turn the heater in the bedroom up a bit, your arm sticking out will get too cold in the winter.

You have to stick with it, and keep putting yourself in the correct position. It takes a while adjust, I am still getting used to it but I think soon it will be habit.

Cannot figure out why this is labeled as a toy, but here goes... I have owned this pillow for two weeks now and it has been a great help to me. At first, the head cushion was a bit large for me and sort of hurt my neck, but it is calming down with use. The material is comfortable and even though I have not washed it yet because I covered the head portion of it with an extra pillowcase it seems painless to wash and put back together due to it having a zipper unlike many pregnancy pillows I researched. I would not know for sure though at this point however. There are so many pillows out there at ridiculous prices so I was happy to find one for $50 and I must say it is actually worth the money. However, I would not recommend this to taller women. I am not even a full 5ft. 2in. and this pillow hugs my body wonderfully. I cannot imagine it would be very comfortable for people much larger in height especially the portion that goes between your legs. I do not think it would be in the correct position for taller women. The biggest complaint I have about this product is that they need to put a little less cushion in the area for your head and more in the area for your legs. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase and it has helped me to sleep better and avoid sleeping on my back so often. I hope it continues to serve me well as I enter my sixth month of pregnancy soon.

Used this pillow for two weeks now in my third trimester. Not the best quality, but it does what it's supposed to do and it's cheaper than other pregnancy pillows out there. I would recommend it if you're having back problem like me and who's not good at sleep on the side. I usually sleep on my back before pregnancy and it's been hard to be on my side. This pillow helps me to get into a better position and to have enough support for my back.

(dont know why they say it is a toy, LOL) My husband got me this pillow as soon as we found out we were pregnant. At first I didn't think I was going to like it, but then I added another regular pillow to it inside of the cover so that it filled it out more. As I got further into my pregnancy, this pillow became my best friend!! I actually had this on one side of me and a body pillow on the other! LOL It was soo nice when I could barely move and everything hurt! Now that the baby is here, I use it every night to nurse him when he wakes up. I got this pillow around my 22nd week of pregnancy to relieve the pressure on my hips and over all support, so I wouldn't have to use all the pillows we owned at once. The pillow is huge! If you don't have a king bed, I would definitely not recommend it. The stuffing tends to separate inside and make it not very supportive. The giant head pillow part is not comfortable to me b/c I always use a memory foam pillow or a feather pillow, so then I don't know what to do with it. It is nice for reading in bed and maybe later for nursing. I have tried the pillow in front and back of my body, but neither is great. I usually will use it for one or two nights a week and my husband is very irritated with it taking up the whole bed! I was going to return it, but the company said I couldn't return and opened pillow and there was a huge restocking fee, shipping, etc. I would recommend a regular body pillow. This is a great pillow for the couch if you have a cat that sheds a lot like mine-for whatever reason, her fur doesn't stick to it as much as it does a regular cotton pillow cover, and the fur that does stick is easier to remove with a lint roller than it is on some of my other pillows. The red color looks about the same on my computer as the actual pillow does. I'm very pleased with it.

I thought this was a pillow and was disappointed when i got just the covers. It is expensive for just the covers..i wish the picture was of covers not an actual pillow.

I had 35 week preemies who, at 2 weeks old, are still only about 5 pounds each too tiny for me to really easily have the hang of nursing both at once. They just lack the strength and mass and head control... I think that will come in time, though. I have had them on both at once a few times and it has worked well enough except that my baby A refuses to nurse in the football hold so I have to have her across my chest with baby B in the football hold, resting her head on her sister's thigh and I am not hands-free when I do this I have my hands full! Again, though, I think it's because they are tiny. The lady in the picture has much bigger/older babies.

Even nursing one at a time, though this pillow rocks! Way better than the bobby (I had one with my son and found it USELESS for nursing) Basically this pillow turns any seat into a nice cushy armchair so you have total support and comfort for nursing. I'd recommend it even for moms of singletons.

I wasn't sure I's get much use out of this, after my disappointment with the boppy I was happy to find one used for half price. At the new price, it's pretty pricey... but still a great item to have for nursing.

This pillow is too rigid and uncomfortable for my babies. Who would design a nursing pillow that is hard with square edges? Silly design. I ended up folding my maternity pillow up (which is similar to a very long Boppy) and the babies love that instead, since it's much softer with no hard edges. It's also more malleable so I can pull it closer to my body & make small adjustments, unlike this pillow which has a very large hole in it, and the babies are always falling in. Small adjustments I would have to make with folded up blankets, which was a pain and took time. All in all a poor design for babies, and twins in particular, since the sides go straight back, meaning babies' heads have to crane around to the front, very uncomfortable for them. The sides should go out at an angle. One pro I like that the top is angled down towards me so the babies don't go rolling off, and the strap that goes around the back is a good idea though it really should be bigger & softer instead of a thin, uncomfortable strap.

OPTP # 702 The Original Mckenzie Lumbar Roll - Firm Density

I have been having lower back pain due to extended sitting during the day and my physical therapist recommended getting a lumbar roll in addition to doing my stretches and exercises. I wasn't sure which one to get, but this one fit the size dimensions she had recommended. When I first started using the Mckenzie Lumbar Roll I found myself fighting with it because it was extremely firm. I also found it difficult to use on the metro because of the train jerks around so much. However, my physical therapist checked it out and said it was a really good lumbar roll and since then I have found it to be very helpful for my back. I used on a plane trip to and from Chicago and during a week long conference and didn't experience my usual aches. As long as you are willing to work through the initial difficulties of getting used to it, I think this is a very worthwhile product to complement stretches and exercises for lower back pain.

The Lumbar roll is a good product however I ordered a firm one and it is way too hard. It's difficult to adjust the roll to your lumbar area because it's so hard.

I would not order firm but the middle density.

I use this product in a completely different way: length-wise along the spine for heavenly relief. Place the roll on the floor or a firm mattress and align your spine along the roll. Better than a professional massage. I take a 15 minute rest twice a day and hate to get up ! Your shoulder blades fall to each side in a perfect alignment. Try it, you'll like it. I am searching for 16-18" which would be even more effective.

I've got a bad back and the lumbar roll I keep in my car recently, well, rolled out without my knowing. I tried several different more expensive products to replace it, and then went to a local Joanna's Bed and Back store. One of these was twice as expensive there, so I ordered several from The Therapy Connection at HPMS, Inc.

First off, I got them BEFORE Amazon's earliest estimate as to when I'd get it -so it was amazingly fast and accurate service (I'd definitely buy from them again).

Secondly, I put one on my writing chair last night and I could finally sit in it again! These things are wonderful and just what I need to be able to sit upright for hours. (The chair is a Lazy Boy, and this is the first one of these I've had on it with a strap long enough to go around. It's a very adjustable strap and I'm sure it'll work with the various chairs I need it to work with.)

Now I just have to decide whether the standard or firm works best for me in which chair.

Rayon from BAMBOO Sheet Set - Queen White 1000 Thread Count Cotton Sheet Set

Soft, yes, breathable, yes. That's what you get when your sheets are paper thin. They look absolutely nothing like the photo posted, and I do mean NOTHING. There is barely any stitching holding them together, so I'll be lucky if these last 3-4 washes without fraying. 1000 thread count? Maybe the label says so, but I'm extremely skeptical of that. Anyway, they are in fact extremely soft and breathable, but don't expect anything fancy. Tuck them away under a nice duvet or something I guess? They do fit really well. They are nice and deep so if you have a featherbed topper or foam topper these work well for that. Definitely worried about their longevity though!

Follow Up Review 7/25/2012:

They are actually holding up better than expected, however the biggest problem is the elastic on the bottom. It's not very strong, so in spite of being very deep, they don't stay in place very well at all. One other minor annoyance I didn't mention is that the pillow cases are pretty small and barely cover my standard size pillows. They are soft and comfortable, so there is that, but I'm working on a solution to keep them in place now. Dropping my review to 2 stars. Remember what I said above though, these look NOTHING like the photo posted.

Sheets are expensive. Bamboo sheets are super expensive. But my goodness, these are amazing!! They are super soft, and my favorite part is how breatheable they are. I no longer roll around all night covering myself up and then uncovering myself and then sticking one leg outside the covers. If you are looking for luxury sheets, these are phenomenal and more than worth it!

These look and feel just like hotel sheets. They are very heavy, soft, breathable, and cool to the touch. My ideal sheets.

So far we've washed them twice. The directions say cold water and air dry, we did cold water and a hot dry and so far I haven't seen any problems with fraying or pilling.

This is a very cute, fuzzy pillow. My son loved it (he's 3, and obsessed with football). It's big enough for him to lay on to watch TV, but not so big it's in the way.

I bought this pillow for my dad, who just underwent heart surgery. It was really nice to have because it conforms to your body easily. He was able to use it behind his head, neck, or even on his chest. It was great to have in the hospital because the beds get pretty uncomfortable after a while, and it was easy for him to adjust his position. The pillow itself is made of what feels like a durable material, so I don't think it's going to get beads all over the place in the near future. I highly recommend it!

I love these little micro bead pillows. They are not most supportive in the world, but I don't use it for resting my head or neck. I usually use it to support my arm on the couch or to hold while sleeping.

We purchased this for our sleep number bed to add an extra layer of cuhioning, yes it has a smell when it comes to your house, but airing it for about 24 hours should take care of that problem. That being said it has made an incredible difference for us in the comfort level of the bed. My husband and I bought a travel trailer a few months back and LOVE traveling and camping, except for one thing: Our bed, the mattress sucks! For the sake of those who are reading this I will sum up my thoughts with the best amount of brevity.

Firstly, When the product arrived there was NO SMELL, at all!! And there continues to be NO SMELL.

Second, It is very comfortable and I have been sleeping incredibly well since putting it on my bed.

Lastly, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY The only reason I didn't give the product 5 Stars was the size of the topper when it came. I have a FULL XL mattress which is a very akward and uncommon size. I decided I would just buy a QUEEN sized topper and cut off the excess. As it turned out, I did NOT need to adjust the QUEEN size topper for my FULL XL mattress.

IN OTHER WORDS: THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE MAY BE SMALLER THAN THE ACTUAL GIVEN DIMENSIONS. I realize that everyone likes to save money, but it may be beneficial to buy a size larger than what you need to circumvent any problems with the size.

I've had a Natures Rest mattress for going on 6 years, when it was new the mattress was amazing and although it cost a premium the salesman at the time assured me that because of it's latex construction it would last much longer than a normal mattress so it's worth the money. I'm beginning to see that this is a common phrase mattress sales people use to close the deal. It worked on me because it was the first one I'd bought having had nothing but hand-me-downs from family prior. So let it be a lesson to you if you're a first time mattress buyer... I won't fall for that again.

Long story short, the thing started to sag in the last couple years or so. Finally couldn't take it anymore and grabbed one of these.

Unwrapped it and it spread out into shape in a matter of minutes. Laid it on the bed, made it up and passed out for the best sleep I've had in a couple years. It did have a funky smell the first night but that has gone completely away now and it's truly amazing. No more back pain... and it's got me thinking about just getting a full memory foam mattress next when my budget allows it.

I bought these pillows after having used them at a fancy hotel. I was so impressed with them that I actually wrote down the name so I could follow up and possibly order some of my own. I was delighted to see that they were available to the general public. My order came quickly, and the pillows are just as delightful as I remember them. They have very good loft, and the filling doesn't seem to separate like some of the inexpensive pillows I have. I am finally replacing my feather pillows with these. I love them!

These pillows now are weirdly lumpy. I have downgraded the product from 5 to 3 stars. I still use them every night, but they're nothing like when they were new. I know nothing lasts forever, but next time I'll just buy less expensive pillows to begin with...

I'm rating these a four star even if I ultimately returned them.

The pillows themselves were very nice and I bought them after experiencing them at a hotel. Great loft and feel, seemed very good quality and felt good with the way they cushioned and sprung back into shape. They didn't quite feel like down but they had a more luxurious feel thank a lot of fiberfills. However, they are a little more plump that I personally prefer so they hurt my neck. I ended up going to Macy's and buying "soft" pillows instead in another style (pillows are soft, medium, and firm depending on the amount of stuffing). These are at least medium, but if you like more stuffing, they might be for you.

The main reason for my high rating though is that the seller was excellent. They accepted the pillows as a return for a full refund and made the process very easy and hassle free and were very polite and understanding about it. Aside from that they were prompt with the original shipment and did a great job of packing the pillows.

So I guess my point is that even though I returned the pillows, I thought they were nice quality and thought they would probably work great...for someone else. On the other hand, there is not much risk in trying them if you aren't certain. All it cost me was the amount for return shipping.

I had been toying with the idea of buying a new couch for my LR., but in this economy I just didn't feel comfortable spending $1000-1500 dollars right now. I ordered this 3 piece stretch slipcover directly from the Sure Fit site. It arrived in 2 business days and looks EXACTLY like the picture shown. I chose the chocolate color and it has a soft velvety feel and appears to be quite durable. I love the fact that this is a modern fitted slipcover--not just a big blanket style cover like slipcovers of old. There is one slipcover for the frame of the sofa, another for the seat cushions, and the last for the back cushions, allowing for a sleek snug fit. It is no longer necessary to stop and constantly re-tuck excess fabric. The slipcovers are marked front, back ,center etc.. for ease of installation. I also searched the web and got a discount coupon! I was very, very happy with this slipcover and it saved me from needing to replace my sofa for at least a year or two. Make sure and measure your sofa before ordering.

I have a really old sofa and have hesitated buying a slip cover because it an odd shape three back cushions, extra deep, and three seat cushions two of which have ends that are half "T"s. I was really pleasantly surprised with this one. It stretches really well and has elastic on the bottom to help the cover stay in place. You have to do some tucking and moving the cover around but once it is in place it stays. All of the back and seat cushions fit into their own separate cover that closes with a zipper. The cover had to be washed first because it smelled funny and I kept getting static electricity shocks, but it came out of the dryer (use a dryer sheet) soft and comfy. My couch looks better, and my kids can spill stuff on the slip cover because it washes up great.

They definitely have something with this fabric. It's very strong and stretchy. I got this for my new couch to protect it from my kitty. It seems to be a microfiber fabric adhered to a stretchy silkier liner fabric. Itwas easy to slide on, but also more durable, since it seems to be multiple layers.

The stretchy-ness allows you to ''make it work' tucking it and pulling it around the shape of your couch. And the thickness helps it to stay put.

The colors on these covers were hard to see when shopping online. The same color often looked different from one website to another. This surefit taupe color was very nice. Like a dark tan. It has a slight texture, which creates a subtle checkered pattern.

Given the durability of the fabric, and the 3 pieces, which create a more original sofa look, as well as the color and fit...I would definitely purchase this product again.

In an ideal world I would like to get separate covers for each individual cushion, but apparently that's called reupholstering, not slip covering. So I did not take off a star for that :)

I have a very brown couch that I just didn't like, although it is a feather couch and that part I love. It is also VERY large measures 110 to almost 111 inches from overstuffed arm outside edge to overstuffed arm outside edge. Inside the arm edges (the area where you sit) measures 78 inches. So I figured the inside pieces would do fine to cover the seats and back pillows but I was really worried about that overstuffed main part. I thought and thought and figured I'd give it a try and if needed, just return it if I couldn't get it to fit. It came and lo and behold the overstuffed part was much easier to put on than the seats and back pillow cushions. I had to do this by myself and I managed but took me a good 25 minutes for just the seat cushions and the back pillows. The main piece was on in 3 minutes flat even stretching very nicely over the overstuffed arms. granted, it doesn't tuck in behind the seat cushions like it should but after all, I'm making it go larger than the max 96 inches it was intended for, and the seat cushions cover that, whose gonna lift the seat cushions to see if the fabric tucks down back there? Those seat and back cushions, though are another thing. If I was a swearing person.... well you can imagine [pause here and imagine...]. I persevered though and by pushing, sitting and literally lying/jumping on the seat cushions (while they were on the floor not the couch) I was able to get them on and in place. The seat cushions are much firmer than the back pillows so once I got them on they were great. Note on my couch the back pillows are much softer and were a bit easier cause I could "smush" them more and I got them on too, but because they are softer the stretchy fabric of the slipcover actually compresses them in from the sides a bit and so I have a 7 inch gap where the soft back pillows would normally fill. This couch set also has 6 "throw pillows" of that same ugly brown fabric and I have been making pillow covers for them so I just use a couple of those pillows thrown in that one corner to cover the gap. I doubt the slipcover fabric will relax and allow the back cushion pillows to take their full space but I'm OK with it since the two pillows cover the empty space nicely. I wish they would make the pillow and seat covers about 8 inches longer, I can imagine others may have the same problem with their cushions since the inside measurements were just fine for the size of this. I'm gonna get other colors eventually now that I know it will fit even on the overstuffed ones :). I'm a happy camper having finally found something that will work on this HUGE couch!

Update 4/6/13: I have now gotten the oatmeal stretch suede for a change. Same issues in putting it on as above again, I put it on a couch bigger than the dimensions noted for the product. But still a happy camper.

I was super close to buying two new couches for our family room but I decided to try these in the color taupe as a last resort. I bought the couch size for our couch and I bought the loveseat size for our oversized chair. The material is super soft and the three piece slipcover is perfect for our loose cushion back. Green Soft Weave Hammock Pillow

Bought this to match our hammock. The manufacturer seems to know you will do this and has jacked up the price. We paid the big money to have a matching pillow. It appears to be very durable thus far. Not the most comfortable pillow on the planet, you would think it would be for the money. I would have given it 4 stars had it been somewhat comfortable, but it's one step down from resting your head on a log. If you can live without a matching pillow, I would recommend against this thing.

We bought the matching set: the hammock and the pillow. When the hammock was hung, its curvature was too much for the pillow as it was too thick and left one's head at a most uncomfortable angle. My chin was almost into my chest. Buy the hammock first, hang it; and then see what thickness you need to cushion your head. We do not even use a pillow in our hammock.

Being a new stay-at-home grandma, watching my new grandchild 5 days a week, I knew I'd need a rocker for feeding him, cuddling, reading books, and rocking. My daughter-in-law had already purchased the exact same chair for her home and loved it so I took her advice and purchased the same one. I love to sit in it even when the little one isn't here. It is very comfortable. It went together extremely easy, I did it myself in no time at all. Being 5' 8" tall, and weighing 150 lbs, (me, not my grandson) I wouldn't recommend it for anyone extremely overweight. My husband who is 6' tall, and weighs 190 pounds is "just comfortable", althought I don't notice him using it that often. My body just fills the seat nicely, no room to squirm. Other than that, we love this chair.

Chair is not comfortable, especially not for a baby's room. Bottom cushion is hard. Im also not successful in returning the item. very dissapointed!

We purchased this from Amazon in late Feb. 2013 in preparation for our 3rd baby in about 8 weeks and to replace an old and very worn hand-me-down glider with no ottoman. As a working mother of 2 children under 3 1/2 already, I am in no mood to log another year+ of nursing hours in a glider without padded armrests, no ottoman and a low back. This model had all the features I was looking for at a price point we were comfortable with given all the impending expenses.

4 Stars are for the following:

Prompt delivery and condition of packaging was very good.

Took my husband little time to assemble (would have gone faster without the "help" of our two toddlers).

Comfortable seat with a high enough and soft enough back to lean back & rest your head in a natural position.

Looks very nice and blends in very well with our other furniture because it is so neutral.

Arm rest pockets are a nice feature to hold phone, snack or book for easy access during nursing.

Smooth action and quiet glide so far. (We've only had it a week, so will update if we get any squeaks.)

Not 5 stars because:

The fabric base covering the opening of the wood seat was not stapled and screwed in straight and there was one side and one corner not completely covered by the fabric which is intended to reinforce the hollow area below the seat cushion.

We had the ability to correct this in about 10 minutes by removing the 2 screws and 8 or so staples, correctly centering the fabric and screwing/stapling it back in the correct position. However, if we did not have the tools and hardware on hand to make the quick fix, we would have had to re-pack and return this item.

It may have been a fluke, but I definitely advise inspecting each piece for manufacturing/assembly defects before starting assembly and breaking down the packaging.

Overall, I am very pleased with the comfort, appearance, function and price of this glider and ottoman. I consider it a good value.

I just wish the 2 toddlers weren't so attracted to the ottoman. They try to injure themselves on it daily by breaking rules and using it in ways it is not intended. We are working to correct those behaviors and hopefully it will lose it's interest very soon. Obviously, not the chair's fault...just fair warning to anyone else who has adventurous little ones to keep a close eye on tykes that might be equally as fascinated, sneaky and dangerous as ours.
