I love this pillow. Great to prop up against to watch TV. My only problem is that nobody seems to sell colored pillowcases for it. White really stands out against the pretty new comforter I just bought. I'd love to get chocolate or rust or turquoise or even beige. I had a seamstress take one apart and copy the pattern several years ago, but she's no longer in business. Wish the company would come out with some decorator pillowcases.

I purchased this pillow with a gift card I won from CSN Stores. My mother-in-law had previously purchased the pillow and said she liked it so I figured why not. I LOVE the pillow. It is just so comfortable when I lay down to sleep. I feel enveloped by my pillow. I love that it surrounds me on all sides. I do still use a body pillow because I need something for my knees. I do like how I can move from right side to left side and don't need to reposition my pillow. I would highly recommend it. The only draw back is the lack of pillow cases.

This pillow works great-I'm a side-sleeper. The shape is comfortable and I feel I'm sleeping more soundly than I did on a standard shaped pillow. The only drawback is finding a dust mite cover for this shape of pillow; I haven't found one yet.

This pillow is by far one of the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever tried to use. After a few hours of trying to find a comfortable way to sleep on it, I gave up. It is too thick, far too firm and has no give. It forces your neck to such an uncomfortable angle that waking up with a neck/head ache is a forgone conclusion. (That is if you can find a way to get to sleep in the first place!)

Also, don't take a chance buying this pillow from this company, because unlike other companies from which I have purchased a pillow, they refuse to accept a return or at least to offer some any type of compensation or consideration. They will however send you an email saying that they "understand" and that their refusal to accept any return or to offer any type of compensation is "nothing personal" and they want to assure you that "we do have compassion for you".

I am unable to find these pillows anywhere in the retail market. I ordered this pillow and it arrived in just a few days. The quality is very good and it has a pillow case that is good quality. I would have rated a 5 star but the pillow case could be a better quality material long timel My first boomerang pillow came from Walmart with separate pillow cases that were of thicker material and they lasted a long time.

BioSense Memory Foam Mattress Toppers

We've been sleeping on this topper for almost 2 weeks now. First time we tried, we liked it. It was so comfortable and felt really nice as we are lying on a cloud. However, as days go by, the real quality of this topper began to show. As previous reviewer indicated, topper sang around heavy weight area (hip and back) causing uncomfortable and pain in the morning. We tried to rotate topper, but it didn't help.

I wish I could return this item, but Brookstone doesn't accept the return for this item, which is in my opinion not a good business practice. I feel like I'm ripped off. I don't think I will ever shop at Brookstone again until they improve the quality of the item. I'm planning to dispute the credit card charge for this unacceptable quality.

I'm not recommending this item to anyone. It looks really nice, which was the main reason that I decided to buy.

I purchased this directly from Brookstone and it made my relatively comfortable mattress feel like an old sagging mattress! Brookstone would NOT return it. I should have bought through Amazon, as they are much better with returns. Brookstone customer service was completely uncaring. They have lost my business forever.

The directions say to allow 2 days for the mattress pad to expand before using it. I have left it out for 6 days now and there are sections that have not expanded yet. I called BioSense warranty line and they are sending me a brand new mattress pad.

To all of you that have bad reviews of this product: It is apparent that you have not read the instructions and you just assumed that upon unpacking it it was immediately ready for use. If you read the instructions then your mattress pad would not be uncomfortable, you would not consider it a sink hole, and you would not be complaining that you cannot return it because the phone number for returns is right on the warranty information on the back of the same Quick Start Guide that tells you to leave it out for at least 48 hours before using it. If you did read the instructions and you still find it uncomfortable, then call the number and have it replaced rather than complaining about the quality of Brookstone's products based off of one single item. You just sound vindictive.

The phone call took me all of 5 minutes. They asked for either my order number or receipt number; when I told them that all of that was long gone, they used my zip code, date of purchase (which I gathered from my credit card statement), the last 4 digits of my credit card, and nothing more. They are sending me an address label to my e-mail address, which I am assuming will already have postage paid on it because my instructions were to box it up (in any box, not necessarily the one it came in), put the label on it, and drop it off at any UPS store. When they receive the product again, they will send me a new one. I will re-post on either the success or failure of this process.

I selected this topper even though it cost more than any others I had found. The reason was that it contains two layers the bottom foam layer and the alternate down top layer. This topper is well worth the price. It's incredibly comfortable for those looking for a soft bed. It fits perfectly on my bed and does not slide. I would highly recommend this topper if you can afford the high price.

Makes my sagging bed feel much better. This is one of the thickest toppers I found and was very soft. May not be comfortable for everyone, but worked for me. I knew it wasn't going to be returnable as it specifically states right there on the receipt, besides, what would Brookstone do w/ a used mattress topper, you couldn't resale something like that because of it being a personal item, so makes sense.

I have two small pomeranians and wanted sofa covers to protect my lowback sectional sofa with pune and one high back recliner loveseat. Up until now I was using cotton blankets and was tired of looking at it. Very unattractive! Couldn't find anyone who made fitted covers for sectionals so I decided to try these throw covers.

They did the job and was pleasantly surpised. Good quality fabric, comfortable to sit on and they were very attractive looking for the price. Our dogs like to lie on them as well. After sitting on them they are easy to retuck and smooth out.

So far have not had any problems with pet hair sticking to the fabric like I read in one of the reviews. But I did not purchase that particular scroll design. I have not washed them as of yet but being a cotton blend I suspect they will do just fine. The throws are simply made, a rectangular piece of fabric with the edges sewn. But you do get two nice pillows with each set you purchase.

The only negative is that the throw was defintely not designed for highback loveseat sofa. I had to fold the throw and just cover the seating area.

The Bookseat is wonderful! I am an online student so I need to prop my textbook up next to my computer to do my classes. This is perfect. It's not too big (I thought it looked too big in the pics), so it doesn't take up a lot of desk space, but it holds even my largest text book. Hopes were high reading the reviews of the Book Seat Book Holder (BSBH) especially after my Levenger Thai Silk Book Rest wore out (I'd used it for 8 months straight with a broken wrist), but hey it IS silk. (However, I do highly recommend this Levenger product if you don't have to use it every single day for months at a time after an extensive hand/wrist injury!) When THIS product arrived however, I promptly found the Hardcover novel I'd been struggling to finish & plopped it right in the BSBH. Yes! It fit in the BSBH, BUT that's where any fun ended! There were MAJOR problems trying to actually USE the thing to READ my book, or as I came to find out ANY book of ANY shape or size, hardcover or soft!

1st and Foremost: There's a long clear plastic bar situated right in front of where the book sits and held in place by a looped black elastic cord which is loosened or tightened w/ a snap and slide gizmo. You must slide it TIGHT to hold the clear bar taut to the book thus keeping the book firmly in place & upright, and then guess what? You MUST LOOSEN it AGAIN just to TURN THE PAGE! REPEAT these steps with every single page turn! UCK! Every time you do this the book slides around, or may fall forward if you're lying down, and if your tome is heavy enough: with the BSBH it may just fall right out of the thing! OUCH! IMO, MAJOR design flaw! 2nd, Try lying down to read instead. Lay the book back w/o using the plastic gizmo, Result? Mush around the shape of the filling, playing with the form of the top & sides to support the book by itself all to no avail! Hmm, just NO WAY to do get this this to SUPPORT A BOOK & READ, BOTH! All the BSBH can do is HOLD A BOOK! Now, that's useful for the price!

So, to put a fine point on it: The BSBH just DOES NOT WORK! Period. Don't even THINK about buying it as it WILL be total waste of your hard earned money! Yeah, I know, it's attractive, with little gizmos to draw you in BUT think again and: JUST DON'T DO IT!

I originally bought this for my mother who recently had nerve damage in her hand and has trouble holding a book now. Shipping somehow also sent one to me so I get to use it with my kindle. It's great. I'm not sure my mom uses it at all, but it does seem to work with books and magazines. I also got her the Peeramid Bookrest pillow, but that doesn't seem to hold heavier books. On this one, the reviews all said the plastic that holds the pages is sharp. Seems like the manufacturers could/should fix that. But it works fine on a kindle. It's squishy so I can change the angle a little as needed depending on where I am sitting.

Seems to me that there are lots of variations when it comes to the amount of stuffing that is in these pillows. The one I received is PERFECT for my neck problem. This pillow does have a zipper so stuffing can be removed or added if need be. How long the zipper will last is questionable, it's not a very sturdy one. But that shouldn't be a problem once the pillow's firmness is optimized.

What I like about this shape is that it doesn't wrap around my ears when I use it on the couch. It drives me crazy when a pillow does that and nearly suffocates me. Definitely recommended.

I know there are different ounces and I think the basic red is the one that is zipperless. I highly recommend the ones w/zippers. It wasn't the answer to my prayers BUT I'm happy w/ my purchase! I do not know for sure, but I think this would be could in a car. (for sleeping, a "husk" neck roll works better for me.)

I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which wreaks havoc with my neck. It's basically impossible for me to get comfortable. This pillow helps me get much closer than any other neck pillow I've tried.

Most pillows are quite firm and not adjustable. This one is nice and plushy-soft, and is unzippable so you can customize the stuffing however you want. I've taken out most of the stuffing from mine. My neck is really sensitive.

Cat Draft Stopper

The pictures only show the front of the draft blocker. The back is the same as the frontno pieces actually go underneath the door to actually prevent drafts and odors from coming in. So now I will be attaching foam to the back of it to go underneath the door and velcro to the draft blocker and the door to keep the whole thing in place.

Without modifications, this is more like a long pillow in the shape of a row of cats.

It is really cute, though, and my cat was very suspicious of these "stranger" cats.

I bought this as a draft stopper for my fireplace, since it was higher and wider than the usual draft stoppers. It does stop the draft plus looks nice in front of the fireplace. I would definitely recommend this one.

The draft stopper is so over stuffed that it won't lay flat nor will it fit flush against the wall or door no matter how I've tried to manipulate it.

First, 2 huge boxes arrived in extremely poor packaging conditions. The delivery man even told me that I could refuse delivery if I wanted to. But he did a quick inspection of the couch and thought everything was OK. So, started to take it out of the boxs and then realized EVERYTHING needed to be assembled (which was NOT noted in the description). Fortunatley no damaged parts. Assembly was OK. Literally, everything needed to be assembled. Screwing in the arms to frame, the frame to back of the couch, etc. It took a lot of work (HOURS of work, with 2 people). But in the end, it really is a nice couch. Not a "snuggle up" kind of couch simple, yet sophisticated!

I wanted something reasonable and fashion forward and this item was both. I am a earth color person and this addition to our place was perfect. I purchased this set just before Thanksgiving 2011 and it still looks new. I have hosted many family get togethers and have teenage children and to say the least the furniture is still holding strong.

I didn't really expect a whole lot out this thing for the price. It's hard, ugly and not very sturdy. I don't worry that it will fall apart, but this is definitely one of those things you just kinda tuck into a dark corner of the basement for the kids to use. It will not have a long life span... well... perhaps it will because nobody wants to sit on it. Haha. Either way, it's plasticy vinyl trimmings look really cheap. The cushions are hard and have no squish. It's a very low couch, very light weight and the two pieces don't attach to each other, so it gets pushed around a lot. It's best to put it in a corner up against a wall (which I hate doing because I like the paint to stay on my walls not get rubbed off by a couch constantly being bounced off of it) that way it doesn't slide all around. I would definitely not recommend this thing unless you're on a super limited budget and plan to stick it in a crappy, college, basement, apartment or something.

The product did come as pictured, but the process of getting it was stressful. I placed my order for the couch and a few days following the money was taken from my account, but I had not received any shipping information. I contacted the seller after a week and I was told that my package had shipped but the tracking number that I was given was invalid and showed my order to have been received when it hadn't. I waited a few more days and contacted the seller and they finally sent over the actual tracking number and I assumed my problems to be over. Seeing as the box was damaged, I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to the UPS to decide whether I wanted to recieve it or send it back. I decided to take it as is seeing as I waited over two weeks for it, only to find that there were holes on the interior and the front panel was damaged. The assembling process was a challenge because it was taken apart improperly. I was overall relieved with finally receiving my couch but the customer service was very poor and the product did not arrive the way it was described. Order at your own risk.

These sheets are pretty cheap. I should have paid attention to the thread count. The absolutely are not worth the money. They are pretty thin and light. Breathable does not necessarily mean that they need to be this thin. Amazon is also grossly exaggerating on the retail price of these sheets. I was plenty pissed when I saw the price tag was that was on the package was not the same as was listed on the website. The maize color was however very pretty and have held up thus far.

I was very pleased with the quality of the sheet set and, after washing them, they were even softer. The only problem is that I have a deep-pocket mattress and, although the fitted sheet was fine, the top sheet is not long enough to tuck in at the bottom.

I've only tried sleeping on this pillow a few times so far, and have mixed feelings about it. First of all, the photo is confusing because it indicates there are three sizes available there are not. In reality, the pillow is a standard size, which is fine with me because that's what I wanted.

As for the quality, it's very good and I have no complaints about that, especially since I paid only about half the advertised retail price. That said, the pillow is very thick and firm, and I don't find it comfortable for sleeping. I imagine that's due to the amount of stuffing. I'm hoping that using it for a back rest will eventually smash it down enough that I can use it to sleep on.

Got two sets for bunk beds, and embroidery on pillow cases runs left to right on one and right to left on the other.. would be fine for a double bed, but not for bunk beds since the design motif does not match up. The only good thing about these sheets is that they are soft and the color is truly a dark purple. I did not even get what I bought. They were supposed to be 1200 thread count and I got 1500 thread count, but the quailty is "cheap" My matteress is 13" to 14" and the sheets claim to fit up to 16" mattresses...NOT. They barely tuck in, and the elastic is sooooo cheap. They will never stay on. Also, they were defective. On the fitted sheet, the seamtress accidently caught part of the sheet and it was sewn into the hem, which left a big pucker. ( I got it out with a seam ripper) Then I see the elastic casing is all bundled up and the hem has the sheet all twisted up and they just sewed right over it. These sheets are not what they claim to be. I did read the reviews before I made my purchase and I believe that some of the people are not telling the truth and are just trying to scam us. The sheets I recieved are by ClaraClark... Supreme 1500 series... NOT. These sheets would be good for a college kid, since you will probably not see them again. LOL
