I frequently travel, and find that the pillowcases in hotels really irritate my skin--I think it is because the commercial laundries use a lot of bleach. I used this silk pillowcase during a two week trip to the UK, and am very pleased. The silk is soft without being too slippery, and is comfortable to sleep on. The material is quite light, so you can easily wash the pillow case in the sink, and it will dry quickly. The small attached pocket did not interfere at all when using the case, and is perfect for folding the case into when you pack. Without the attached pocket, I think the silkiness of the case would make it difficult to neatly pack. The dusty blue color stands out from the typical white hotel sheets, lessening the chance that I will forget the case at a hotel. I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend this to anyone who frequently travels.

The item came very quickly....was pleased with the delivery. The item itself it cute, good size mickey wrapped around the rolled up blanket. Blanket is long enough for my 2 1/2 year old. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because when I took the Mickey off the blanket and looked it over, there was a hole in the outfit that he was wearing. I sewed it back up but be aware that the cloth used for the stuffed animal is very thin and can rip easy. Other than that, it is very cute and my son will love it! It was an awesome price for both....especially if you are an Ohio State fan and LOVE Mickey Mouse, the way my son does!

My Pillow Pet Buffalo 18"

I was thrilled to find this Pillow Pet. My daughter is 14 and she and her friends like collecting them. No one else has this one yet. And when I got it (right on Christmas Eve, before Christmas as promised), it was even cuter than I thought. It's VERY soft. I like that it has the "ruff" of curlier "fur" around its neck just like a real buffalo. And my daughter was thrilled to get a new pet before her friends did.

The Good-

I really love these sheets. For the price it was a good deal. They were packaged well, and arrived quickly.

They are super soft and they fit well on my bed. I cannot see through them, like someone else claimed. They aren't that thin. To see through them I would have to hold them up to a strong light or something. They fit better than the other two sheet sets ive had for years, which were both a different brand each, and they slipped and slided all over my bed, which is a full, all the time. Id have to tug at them and fix them every single night before bed, but I don't have to do that anymore with this set! It seems to just stay put and doesn't form as many wrinkles as others do.

The Bad-

I was fooled by the photo and expected to get that big blue blanket that takes up half the photo. I was extremely disapointed when it didin't come with the package. As a former seller on Ebay myself, I would never post a photo up of something that was not included. It's simply bad business to do that. Also it's considered right to do by customers that if an item is shown in the photo, it should list 'Blanket Not Included' I wrote to the company with my suggestions but, of course, they didin't change anything, which also shows they don't care about their customers too much, because from what I learned of business, if a company really cares about their customers they take their suggestions to heart. I guess not in this case. What they did is called 'Misleading Advertising' They did answer me quickly and apologize, which was good, but also stated that in their add they did clearly state what was included. Which is true, and why I didin't put up a further fuss about it, but the photo is still very misleading and should state 'Blanket Not Included'

Conclusion-

I will probably buy sheets from them again, just for the price and quality, but I may not recomend them to anyone either.

My fitted sheet does not fit on my mattress, the "deep pockets" are not and deeper than regular sheets. THe fitted sheed does not even match the top sheet, it is a lighter blue. And the top sheet has a stain on it. These sheets feel like cheap rough sheets. I wish I did not waste my money on this product. I do NOT recommend these to anyone.

I purchased two of these same pillows about two months ago from a competing retailer and wrote three reviews for that retailer which were unfortunately never published--I suspect due to the negative review. It seems only one one star and many five star reviews were published on that site. Therefore, I'm posting my review here because Amazon always publishes reviews unless they are in poor taste.

When I first received the pillows, I loved them and would have rated them five stars. The pillows arrived flat and then expanded to a suitable body-pillow size. If you purchase more than one you will realize that the length and width is not always the same for each of the pillows. My two expanded to a different width and length (one was about eight inches longer than the other and a little fatter).

After one week I knew this purchase was a mistake. The pillows are very hard (which is what I wanted); however, they are also very HEAVY and make you sweat when hugging them. It feels like I'm throwing around a six pound baby every time I re-adjust positions. Also, they are made of PIECES of memory foam (which is why the pillow arrives flat--it is compressed so that the pieces appear to be one solid piece of memory foam). THOSE PIECES OF MEMORY FOAM PROMPTLY FALL APART AFTER YOU USE THE PILLOW!

After daily use you will find that the foam does not have any memory at all. Instead you have a hard, lumpy pillow with pieces that separate inside the pillow and never go back together even if you re-adjust the material inside. The situation becomes worse if you encase the pillow in a body pillowcase because then the memory foam pieces are unable to shift causing a very hard lumpy mass.

If the memory foam behaved as memory foam should, I would have loved this pillow even with the heavy weight because I wanted something very firm. However, it reminds me of a sack of potatoes where the potatoes constantly shift and are never in one place, yet are just as heavy and firm.

If you buy this pillow you will own a very heavy and very firm body pillow with constantly shifting memory foam pieces! Using the memory foam name in this body pillow is misleading--it NEVER expands back into its full position; instead you have a lumpy mess. If you don't encase the pillow in another pillowcase then it will not seem so heavy and the memory foam pieces will expand at little to fit the elasticized encasement the pillow came with.

BUYER BEWARE......... I cannot recommend this body pillow and I'm sorry I purchased two of them. I threw them out this morning (1/9/09) after trying to use them for less than two months!!!!!!!!!

I bought this pillow for my wife and she loves it. So the foam is in several pieces... really? It expanded to full mass in about 5 days and cannot tell it is in several pieces despite smashing it over and over again when my wife was able to start using it up to today. Yes it's heavy... she likes it because it stays in place. Yes it's hard... it conforms to her legs and arms and stays like that so she sleeps all night with no issues. I encased the pillow in a cover and it is not a lumpy mess. I also live in Satan's back yard call Arizona and I cannot feel what "heat" is being referenced here that makes you sweat like a pig using this pillow without a pillow case on. My wife gets mad at me everytime I take the pillow from her... what does that tell you?

I regret buying this pillow. It comes compressed and rolled into a small cylinder. I shook it like the instructions said, but it still took several days to expand.

It is made of pieces of memory form, not a memory foam pad, which makes the description highly missleading. Mine has two places where the foam pieces are completely seperated, so its like having 3 small pillows inside a body-pillow-sized pillow case.

I got this pillow at CVS, for significantly cheaper than it is being sold for here (a rare occurance). While I don't know if I'd pay the Amazon price for it, I do know that my sleep has improved since getting this pillow. I'm a side sleeper who moves very infrequently in my sleep, so I don't know if that'll make a difference as to why this pillow was great for me.

Also, it comes with a teeny pillow around the size of a deck of cards... I think that might just be to see how the memory foam feels, but I use it as a wrist rest when using a computer mouse. Very helpful!

A few points to consider.

1) It took around 5 hours to expand to it's full size after taking it out of the package, so the first night it was a little hard.

2) The removable cover is quite snug to the pillow, so it is a bit difficult to put the pillow back in after washing it.

Edit 02/28/2012 = This pillow got really hard after around 3 months of usage. Now it is unusable as a sleeping pillow, and I now use it only as an additional lounging pillow in our living room.

5 months after becoming a mother, I still had trouble sleeping. I experienced pain in my lower back as well as my hips. Purchased as Christmas Gift. Didn't put the sheets on the Bed until mid February. I just found out the return policy gave us until Jan 31. They look as if they are 15 years old after only three weeks. They are worn out. The fabric is pilling. These sheets are obviously defective or of very poor quality. We have never seen sheets do this before. Very unhappy with this purchase. No one should consider purchasing this item.

I washed the sheets when I first got them, then after a short while of sleeping on them I notice on my husbands side the fitted sheet started piling up, I washed them again and flipped the sheet the other way and the same results. Very unhappy wiht this purchase, waste of money.

This pillow advertises itself as extra firm. It is overstuffed but it isn't very firm. My head instantly sinks to the bottom of the pillow while the rest of the stuffing wraps itself around my head.

My old mattress was hard and lumpy. My back was killing me. Faced with disposing of the old mattress and replacing it with a pillow-top style for hundreds of dollars and hours of labor or buying a piece of foam to put on top for the fraction of the price, I went this route.

The 1.5 inch thickness allowed me to tuck it under my fitted sheet. Although these foam toppers can be many times thicker, I have never felt like it was bottoming out. This is the perfect thickness. As soon as I tried it out, my eyes closed and I felt so relaxed. Unlike an ordinary mattress, my weight is more evenly distributed. I don't feel pressure points and flat spots. My back felt better after only one night. As far as comparing memory foam to a pillow top mattress, it's a tough call. Pillow top is a bit more firm.

Other foam products have received negative reviews for the odor. I suppose any new foam product will have a slight odor to it. This one had a "new car" type of smell to it and the manufacturer says it will dissipate in a few days but, I don't find it all that bad.

For the price, this can be replaced every few years if it becomes stained or ripped.

This was my first purchase from Amazon.com and I am very pleased. I purchased two queen size 1 1/2" Aerus mattress toppers for our guest rooms. The price was extremely reasonable and the shipping was free. Each guest mattress is firm and older but still in good condition. The memory foam was cut true to size and completely covered each mattress. I slept on one to try it out. The topper has greatly improved the quality of my sleep on this older mattress. It conformed to my body's shape giving wonderful soft feeling comfort and support and sprang back to its original shape when I got up. It was like a new mattress. Our guests may never want to go home!

"NaturalTM Eco-Friendly, Cooler Sleep" blah blah there's nothing natural, eco-friendly or cooler sleep about this pad. it's regular cheap low density viscoelastic foam and it's just the right thickness for me. 2-3" is too soft. i wish it was higher density but it would be more expensive. i don't feel any cooler or warmer with this pad than with any other pad i've had in the past. no problems with odor. it's the right size, as advertised, unlike some other brands.

I bought this 1.5 inch pad because my mattress (5 years old) which I bought when I moved here but wasn't sure how long I would stay, is not super-great. I wanted a somewhat softer surface. Since I live in "rural" Alaska, a new mattress was $$$$$ so I thought I'd get a pad w/ free shipping and see if it helped. I also wanted a pad that would fit under my current mattress pad and sheets. My choice was limited by what would free-ship to Alaska (more restricted than free-shipping to the lower 48.

When I received this 1 1/2 inch pad, I was taken aback it was wound up in a package so tightly some parts were compressed to less than half an inch. It had creases and seams in it from the folding and rolling. I unrolled it (with some effort since it had to be unpeeled carefully as it was so compressed that parts were sticking to each other).

So I mentally composed my letter complaining about it, believing that there was no way on Earth that it could uncompress or that those seams would disappear, and left it alone. Three hours later I came back and it had totally uncompressed and relaxed! Every part was 1 1/2 inch as advertised and there were no visible seams! It was a miracle!

I ended up with a 1 1/2 inch pad, perfectly fitted to my Queen size mattress. It is easily compressed but recovers 100%. It does compress easily (but recovers). I "hit bottom" on it when sitting up in bed or lying on my side when my hip "hits bottom". But it does provide more cushion so my shoulder, and probably hips but to a lesser extent, are more cushioned. I seem to be sleeping more restfully since it is more comfy when I toss and turn.

So not perfect, but reminiscent of "padded" mattresses and worth it for the price for me (including free shipping to "rural" Alaska). So I give it 4 stars because based on the price etc. I really didn't expect more. It didn't quote a foam rating so maybe those who can get better values shipped to other states might fare better, but this works as a mattress pad to enhance my current mattress.

Oh and it did have a slight "chemical smell" like a household cleaner when first unwrapped. It is slowly disappearing (I have to bury my nose in it to smell it after the first few days).

I bought this topper to make the bed in our travel camper more comfortable without spending the money to replace the mattress all together. It worked very well. My husband said that the difference was night and day. He slept better and woke up with less stiffness than before. I initially agreed with him but I have a very bad back (two surgeries and no improvement) and it still left me stiff after sleeping on it for about eight hours. It is still a big improvement to me because I couldn't even sleep on the mattress before. In summary for most people I think this will do the job it is supposed to do and do it well.

I purchased these for my frequent trips overseas. The pillow is firm and holds its shape this can be good or bad depending on the pitch of the seat. On smaller planes, it did make my head stick out a bit uncomfortably if I didn't position it optimally. But on longer flights, it was the right thickness for my needs.

The cover of the pillow is extremely soft just a pleasure to use. And that it is memory foam is the reason I purchased this I needed something to firmly support my neck weight so I can relax in any seat (window/aisle/middle)and not have to find a more comfortable position on the sides of the seat and bang my neighbor accidentally. The neck pillow's firmness allows me to sit fully upright and centered in the airline seat comfortably. I could doze off while listening to music or just watch a movie.

I've tried blow up and the less expensive bean versions of neck pillows. They never really supported my neck and I wondered what all the fuss was about. It wasn't until I got a firm memory pillow neck pillow that I realized how wonderful these can be. These really do ease the strain of holding my head up for hours in one narrow set of positions. Well, they fit my cal. King size bed great. The color is more of a brighter orange than pictured. I expected a darker burnt orange and these were not dark and are brightly colored. The material feels as if it is a 250 or 300 thread count sheet. They are good sheets though...not too thin or too small. Fast shipping!
