Zutano Elephants Pillow

I love this pillow. It tied in a rocking chair to match the rest of the bedroom décor. Must husband didn't think we needed it but now that it is in the nursery, he loves it.

My boyfriend and I recently got a gorgeous new sectional couch, and two pairs of mushy, deliciously comfortable throw pillows for it. The couch is brown, the pillows green and orange.

When I saw this cute, little nursery pillow and how well it matched the couch and throw pillows, but also introduced another color blue in a way that would help tie it into the rest (not to mention, the green and orange stripes feel like suede or microfiber, same as the couch), I had to have it as an accent pillow. The fact that my boyfriend loves and collects elephant-related items helped seal the deal.

The pillow is small and definitely more for show than comfort (hence the 4-stars), but it really is quite adorable and adds a whimsical touch to the room. I love it!

This pillow is exactly the same size as the pillows you get on the plane. Amazing what a nice cover with some ears can do :) It is expensive for what it is and serves no real purpose except decorative but my husband and I still find it very cute and a nice addition to our daughters nursery.

Pinzon 500-Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sateen Pillowcase Pair

For years and years I've looked for sheets that are affordable *and* last more than 13 months without wearing paper-thin in the middle or developing little L-shaped tears.

If you've never owned a pair of decent sheets, stop wasting your time at places like Target and Ikea and order these. I was flabbergasted at how thick and heavy they were, and they've held up beautifully.

I ordered the brown and the white, and the brown is slightly thicker and heavier than the white but has more of a tendency to pill -the white have stayed more "satiny". Slipping into them after a long summer day is heaven.

I'm not an expensive-linens connoisseur, but you don't have to be to enjoy these, they're reasonably priced and very good quality.

I was shocked at how hard and scratchy these pillow cases were. They do not feel like egyption cotton but more like a hard plastic table cloth. One of mine arrivwed with black marks all over it as well. They were very thick though almost like a sack so they would probably last a while. Buyers beware!

My wife and I were completely shocked at how hard these pillow cases are. Honestly, these are the hardest bedding sheets we have EVER felt, and we've felt many over many years. Coming from Amazon, and the fact that the threat count is advertised as 500, which is on the higher end of thread counts, we were expecting much softer sheets. In fact, we (and I believe others) equate a "high thread count" with "softness"...i.e., the higher the thread count, the more soft and comfortable the sheets. Even the 100 thread count sheets we've felt are more comfortable and soft than these. Additionally, these pillows wrinkled more than any others we've tried. As with many other products we've purchased on Amazon, we based this purchase from the good reviews. I'm honestly at a loss as to how there are any good reviews for these pillow cases. Needless to say, we are returning the pillow cases. I highly recommend avoiding these pillow cases and, for me, I will be avoiding this brand altogether.

I tried the pillowcases before I tried the sheets. Loved the pillowcases in Chocolate, so I ordered the sheets that come with another set of cases. That's fine since I use four pillows on the bed. The Chocolate is rich in color, and they wash well.

If I had the proper tool, I bet this product would not measure out to 500 threads per inch. High end cotton has a feel and a look out of the dryer. This pillowcase was typical for a 240 thread count product. I give it 3 stars because the price was low and the value still OK. If you expect high-end touch you will be dissapointed.

This item is expensive for what it is. It is made in China but the distributor company won't tell you that. The firm that sells these bed sets is extremely dishonest. The other thing I should mention is that it is dry clean only. Do you know how much it will cost you to dry clean this cheap item? You will very quickly find that it was a waste of money. When I enquired about dry cleaning costs, it was prohibitively expensive. I will have to give my bed set away or throw it away if no one wants it. Save your money.

These pillows are very pretty, and seem to be of higher quality than the price would indicate, but I ordered "Wine" on the basis of the photo, and it's not even close. I was looking for a plum/eggplant color, and the photo definitely shows what I was looking for. The pillows are very red, and will not work for the intended purpose. I bought these sheets for my desert deployment. Having a comfortable bed to go back to after a very long day is something I try to "treat" myself to when I deploy. Sleep is EVERYTHING, and comfortable sleep is worth its weight in gold. These sheets are exactly the color represented in the picture. Soft out of the box and with every was haev continually gotten softer. Very little shrikage, even with the very rough clothes washing system here in camp. I LOVE these sheets and am considering buying 4 more sets for my queen sized beds back home.

Suncast Deck Box

We purchased the Suncast DB5000 Deck Box over a year ago. I'm pleased to report that it has held up to the Houston heat, humidity, and rain extremely well. This is a great box for storing all of those "miscellaneous things" that tend to clutter one's patio. Only one disappointment: we recently purchased patio furniture, and this box is not big enough to hold any of the cushions. So if you are thinking about buying this for patio cushions, be sure to measure your cushions FIRST and compare it against this box's inner dimensions. But in terms of functionality, and keeping things neat and waterproof, this box is a wonderful asset!!

This is a very sturdy and useful patio storage box. I had read reviews about it being water tight, and YES it is. Where I have mine sitting it does get lots of rain and NOT ONE DROP has entered the inside of this box. So glad I bought it!!!

Looked around at deck boxes and thought this one might be a good choice based on the number of positive reviews. Unfortunately, the small hinged portion on top of the lid is not at all weather-tight and fills will rain water. The rain water then runs down the two slots cut for the gas-assist cylinders into the interior or the box where it puddles in the bottom since there is no outlet for it.

Also, the hinges on the top lid failed after two months and probably no more than 12-15 openings and closings. They are extremely an extremely small molding given the size of the lid and the force put on it by the gas-assist cylinders. However, at the Suncast site I was able to order a new lid under warranty, so it may be that the new lid will have better-designed hinges. If not, I'll probably be ordering a new lid every few months until the warranty runs out.

My recommendation from this point forward would be to get a box with a one-piece domed lid and hope the hinging mechanism is better designed than this one. I'll fill the slots where the cylinders attach to the lid with silicone and that should stop the water caught in the top tray from spilling down inside the box. However, the tray will still catch water when it rains so the only real recourse to standing water in the lid is to seal the whole thing shut with silicone, thus creating a one-piece lid.

I hope Suncast reads these reviews and asks the designer (or design team) "What were you thinking?" when you designed the box this way. I don't expect an inexpensive deck box to be a water-tight vault, but an inch of standing water in the bottom of the box just doesn't cut it...and the box is in a somewhat rain-protected area.

I'd be willing to give Suncast another try given the ease with which warranty service is provided, but I would definitely read over the reviews much more closely next time.

Hinge on one side of the lid failed after 3 weeks of use. Called the manufacturer (Suncast) for replacement lid, but was told they do not warranty deck boxes and a new lid would cost $40.

The hinge is poorly designed (weak plastic) as it can't withstand the force of the gas pistons that keep the lid open. The replacement lid would have failed again without some kind of home remedy to fortify the hinge.

Thank you to Amazon's excellent customer service for standing behind a product that even the manufacturer would not.

I would not recommend purchase of the Suncast DB12000PB 127-gallon Deck Box.

I love this comforter, I received it as a gift for my son off of his wishlist and it is by far the best thing I've used during the winter for him For whatever reason it seems the kids rooms are always so cold in the night, even when the heat is on, every other room gets smoldering but his room stays cold. Iso Cool Memory Foam Mattress Pad with Outlast Cover

It was desperation and pain that finally led me to purchase a memory foam mattress topper, and hot flashes that clinched whether or not to buy THIS particular combination of topper and pad. I asked a lot of friends about their mattresses and knew from past experience that I had to have something between memory foam and my skin (several inches) or else risk an allergic reaction. What ultimately sold me was the other reviews.

The pros:

The mattress pad was fun to watch spread out and "inflate." I gingerly started the unrolling process and just moved it about a few times until it was completely open. That took about 4 hours.

The mattress pad was de-gassed in one day (and I'm very sensitive to the chemical smell so I made sure it was clear). Fortunately, we have a spare bedroom in which this was done.

I'm a small woman with bad spinal issues, and I could manage to wrangle the topper onto the bed (full size) by myself. It was awkward but doable.

I GOT PAIN RELIEF FROM THE VERY FIRST NIGHT IT WAS ON MY BED. I've already had one spinal surgery and am probably looking at another one. Did I mention desperate?

It doesn't shift around under you. It doesn't shift, period, so get it in place before you put on the cover.

The Outlast Cover has more than adequately deep pockets to accommodate the additional 6" in height this combination added to our bed.

Since my husband tends to sweat during sleep, and you can infer from my 2nd "con" comment below that the Outlast Cover is a pain to wash, I decided to put our old mattress pad (with deep pockets) over the memory foam topper and Outlast Cover. It *just* fit, fortunately.

The Outlast Cover really does keep you from getting overheated from the memory foam. Really!

Having this on our bed has eased my 64-year-old husband's hip problems as well as my back problems.

While initially twitching over the price, in comparison to the $1500 my mother spent on a memory foam mattress, this was chump change.

I actually look forward to lying down at night because it no longer hurts so much to do so.

Although amazon's pricing wasn't substantially different than what I might have found locally, having it delivered to my door was wonderful.

Our cats also heartily approve of the additional level of comfort. >.<

The cons:

I suspect that the Outlast Cover will "crush" in the places where we usually lie, so I'll have to flip it around occasionally. There's mention of this on the box in which the item was packaged and is part of the warranty information. No real surprise there it's like having a pillowtop mattress.

The Outlast Cover is BIG (takes up most of the large box in which the product comes) and the full sized one filled my extra-large capacity washer and dryer. I would suggest going to a commercial laundromat to wash this item. I was very careful to keep moving the cover around during the drying process to avoid potential issues and let it air dry to remove the last bit of moisture.

This topper and cover combination ADDS SIX INCHES TO THE HEIGHT OF YOUR MATTRESS. I had to buy new sheets to fit (Target carries all-cotton "Home Wrinkle Free" sheets and sheet sets that fit with room to spare and they were on sale at the time I bought the topper and they're actually really nice sheets despite reviews). Hmmm. Maybe this goes in the "pro" column since my old sheets were getting kind of tired-looking. ;-)

We have a 1930's era sleigh bed, which is on the tall side. Adding another 6" in height to it means that I have to hop a bit to get onto the bed. It's a "con" for me, but makes my husband chuckle so there's some "pro" there as well.

The bottom line: I wish I'd bought this *much* sooner than I did because the difference in comfort and my new-found ability to SLEEP has been amazing. I was tempted to give a 4-star review because of the Outlast Cover, but seriously . . . any type of fiber will crush with time and usage. I'm sure I can get a replacement cover when the time comes. If you're not sure if this product is worth the investment, just ask yourself how much restful slumber is worth to you. We've been overjoyed with this product seriously amazed at the difference it's made in our sleep.

I have owned this pad for my king bed for over a year and truly love it. My husband has had 2 back surgeries and he says this is the only bed in which he is truly comfortable. The 3 inches of foam is the perfect amount and the iso cool cover makes it even more cushy and comfortable. We are in north Texas where it gets really hot in the summer and can get cold in the winter (it's 28 right now!) but this pad keeps us comfortable all year. It took our firm mattress and made it even better and made it thick enough for all the new really deep fitted sheets they make now. I can't imagine why you'd pay hundreds more for a full foam mattress when this topper does the trick. All I can say is you gotta try it. I'm getting a queen size now for my guest bedroom. It does smell at first but just let the foam air out a few days before putting on the bed and most of it dissipates.

I purchased this product because I of the pain I have with sciatica when trying to sleep. First of all, this is a quality piece. The cover that comes with it is wonderful and the foam topper did not give off any smell. We unrolled it and within 8 hours it was ready to be put on the bed. It does not slip around and I have slept with absolutely NO pain in my legs since then. The 3 inches is the perfect height, anymore would be too much, any less might not be enough. I do not get hot from sleeping on it and while it is not always cool, it is definatly cooler than a regular foam matress. I highly recommend this iso cool foam topper and matress cover.

I bought the matress cover to go on top of our tempurpedic matress that is extremely warm at night and this cover with the foam padding made our already hot matress, hotter!!!! We then, after 2 nights, removed the foam and used just the matress cover this didn't seem to help. We have now added a thick blanket under the cover and it seems to be OK. I am a small person and usually cooled, the foam just seems to hold in all of your body heat and does not cool off quickly. The foam is comfortable but again just to hot and it is advertised as being so cool not the case for us. :(

I would like to thank the person who came up with this design combination of a very nice high quality memory foam pad with an additional thick, plushy mattress topper to go over the mattress and memory foam pad. I am a large sized guy (5'11", 300lbs) 52 years old with a 9 year old firm, hard mattress which I have never really liked (picked out by wife, now ex). I sink a little into the memory foam topper combo and it is a very cool, comfortable feeling. The matress topper pad provides a cool feelin with some additional comfort to the memory foam. I used to wake up many times during the night tossing and turning, not anymore. No aches or pains in the morning, in fact a shoulde pain I had has been going away (I sleep on my side). Anyway, This product is just great. I bought this 1 month ago and usually do not write reviews of products but I am so pleased with this item I thought it only fair to give it the justice it deserves. This sheet set, while not as high in thread count as some available for purchase, is still an excellent product especially given its very affordable price! The sheets in the set were very soft to the touch upon arrival and kept that softness after their first washing. The chain design is nicely done and the sheets fit perfectly on my TempurPedic iCloud mattress (it tends to have a difficult time with some sheet sets due to being a bit deeper than an average mattress).

The only issue I have encountered with the set is that, after the first washing, it did leave behind quite a bit of lint in the dryer. I'm hoping that this is normal and will fade with subsequent washings; however, there is a small chance that the large presence of lint indicates sheets which will wear out faster than normal.

Other than that minor complaint, I am very happy with the luxurious feel and beautiful design of this sheet set.

I decided to turn to amazon to look for sheets even though I could not feel them, risky! I found the right set for sure! Right out of the package there were just the softness I was looking for, not too silky but not rough and scratchy. Washed them before I put them on the bed and slept like a baby.

Pros: Inexpensive and well made for the cost. The exact feel, quality, and price I was looking for in red sheets. Lovely color that is really soothing on a bed.

I have had many pillows throughout the years, and I will have to say this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever experienced. It truly does give me a cloud like effect when I rest my head in it. In my opinion exceptionally comfortable and very light weight. One thing that I was disappointed with was when the pillow arrived to me (in new condition from Amazon) there are a few black/grey smudge marks on the pillow and I don't know what these are. I have not washed the pillow yet. If either the manufacturer or Amazon would clarify if smudges are supposed to be on this pillow that would be greatly appreciated. Then decided to research a 'better down' used in combination with a really good pillowcase cover to further decrease the exposure to down, dander and dust mites.

Advertized as being the most popular pillow in high end hotels (such as the Ritz Carlton/Hilton) did not sway me. What did? I cruised Pacific Coast website and was thoroughly impressed with their manufacturing standards esp with the "hyperclean" down. I continued my research on JC Penney's/Amazon customer reviews and decided to give them a go.

It has been 3 weeks now and I have to admit they are the best down pillows I have ever purchased. My husband does not have allergies but was very reluctant to change his pillows. He really loves these pillows too. I purchased 4 king sized medium support pillow in a pillow. They are supportive for all sleeping positions and fluffing up to watch night time TV in the bedroom.

There has been a decrease in my nocturnal wheezing, coughing and sneezing thanks to these well manufactured pillows esp combined with a high end pillow dust cover.

The pillow dust covers came from Amazon: Aller Ease Deluxe Pillow Protector Cover with Dupont HMT, King. I highly recommend both products.

I am sure this is as close to spending a night in the Ritz that I will ever have.

I bought these in September 2010 and LOVED them. Now it is January 2011 and I do not like them! It is very simple: these pillows flatten out very quickly. My head now rests on my mattress because the pillow is so thin. If you don't mind having an ultra thin pillow after 3 months, then this is your pillow. For $150 one would think they have a bit more "sustainability" to them.

This pillow fell flat within 1 week of use, and somehow felt a bit hard when it became flat. I have to use another flat pillow beneath it to get proper support, as well as flip the pillow regularly. I expected a pillow that my head would sink into with support and cushiony comfort after reading the description & the price paid; but this didnt happen. I've found both flat pillows together to be livable. Not worth the price.

We have trouble sleeping and comfort plays a big part of it. I splurged and both these pillows and I'm very please at the quality. She loves the pillow and after a bit of time I have fallen on love with these pillows. Adjusting the pillow to meet you specific head angle is easy. The only fault would be a very very small crunchy noise from pillow. She has not noticed but I'm very particular.

These pillows are just like any other ones -except more expensive, but the company's customer service is a complete joke. I bought a set of their pillows a couple years ago, and this year I decided to add a couple more. I called them to find out what my previous order had been so that I could buy exactly the same pillows. The new pillows arrived and I noticed that they were bigger than the previous ones, not fitting the high-end pillow cases that I had bought because they fit the previous set. I measured and it turned out that while I ordered both sets in 20 x 30 -and while they are both labeled 20 x 30, the previous pillows measured only 20 x 27, while the new ones measure 20 x 30. And that not even considering that the previous pillows had completely lost their fluff and bounce. I called customer service and they refused to accept any responsibility. Even though they advertise a five year warranty, I was told that after 30 days I could not claim anything anymore. I explained that if I receive a product that is labeled 20 x 30 inches I do not instantly whip out my measure tape to check whether their quality control did their job. A product that has the wrong measurements is the company's problem, not mine, and I do not see anything wrong in expecting the product to be exchanged. Unfortunately Pacific Coast does, meaning I'm stuck now with two differently sized, expensive pillow sets -one of the sets being too big for my pillow cases. Save your money and buy very nice pillows at a company that offers actual customer service such as Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, or even Ikea. I will go ahead and report this company to the FTC.

I just had my first good nights sleep since major surgery last June. Ever since my surgery which resulted in a change in sleeping positions I wake up every morning with neck and shoulder pain so bad I could barely tilt my head back to look up in the sky. Last night was my first with this miracle pillow. Woke up this morning completely pain free with full range of neck motion and pain free. It was reviews of this product and the reported neck pain reduction that prompted me to bite the bullet and buy one of these pillows. Some have posted the price for this pillow is too high, my question how much is a good night's sleep and waking up pain free worth? I am now a true believer in this product.

I used to sleep with a memory foam pillow, but felt that it lost shape easily. I also don't like the feeling of foam against my face. I much rather the feel of a traditional pillow, but I need the support of a foam pillow. I bought this pillow at Bed Bath and Beyond. I bought the "all positions" pillow in standard size. My pillow case fits fine. At first I was thinking it would be too firm and I was frustrated, but after a night or two I was amazed. I have insomnia and I spend all night tossing an turning. The first night with the pillow I did take a little while to adjust to the firmness, but the next night I went right to sleep. I actually woke up in the same position I fell asleep in (rarely happens). My only complaint is the price. I have not washed it yet. The outside is soft. I really like this pillow, it has made my wait for a new mattress less painful (so far)!

I purchased 2 of these Brookstone pillows, but in king size about 2 weeks ago. First off let me tell you to make sure you keep the plastic cover on or you will not be able to take it back to the store or send it back for a refund. I am glad of that, because I wouldn't want to purchase a pillow someone else has had their head on, or have had on their bed unwrapped. I don't believe this or any pillow out there is worth $99.00. I do feel it is worth about $60.00. First off it has a very soft quality made pillow case over it, which is filled with a very soft fiber, that does feel very comfortable when I lay my head on it, and remains feeling comfortable throughout the night. Secondly the inner foam is also nice in that with the heat of my head upon it, it molds to the shape of my head. it may start out feeling a little high before I my head's heat is sensed, but then the heat of my head causes it like all memory foam pillows to sink down in it a little. But unlike most memory foam pillows which do not have the air holes in them, this one causes my head to cradle down it it, a little faster. So the soft fiber filled pillow case,and the enclosed vented memory foam does make for a comfortable nights sleep. In fact I can truthfully say that whether you are a side sleeper, back sleeper or side stomach sleeper, like I am, this pillow quickly molds to support your head in any position. However one thing I do to make the pillow more comfortable is to fluff it up before placing my head on it, just like I have done with my down pillows that are now in my guest room. I did pay $99.00 for the first one but got the second one for half price. Am I super happy with this purchase. No, because these pillows are way over priced. However since I took advantage of the buy one get one half off sale, and got them in king size, I feel I got each pillow for only $75.00, which to me is still overpriced but not so highly overpriced if I bought each at full price. I know from past experience that no matter what pillow you buy it will eventually squash down, become compressed, and the memory foam may loose it's elasticity. That is why I feel no pillow is worth $99.00. I have an old memory foam one inch mattress pad that am hoping to cut into the desired size to place under the memory foam in this pillow when it does loose it's elasticity with age. I gave it 3 stars because of the much too high price, unless you can buy it during Brookstone's sale as I did ,for the buy one and get one half price deal.

Jan, 17,2012: As an update review after using these pillows since July of last year, I must say I am still experiencing very comfortable sleep from them. Here is a hint to keep your pillow fluffy and comfortable. Before putting your freshly laundered pillow case on this pillow, unzip the pillow, take out the center core memory foam and set it aside. Then fluff up the fluffy part of the pillow. Then put the memory foam back inside and zip it back up. This keeps your pillow nice and fluffy and so comfortable to sleep on. This better than down stuffing, fluffs up better than down does. I know because I have down pillows in my guest room. I also fluff up the pillow a little bit before putting my head on it at night so it is nice and fluffy. I use a protective zippered pillow case over it, before putting on the regular pillow case. And with doing this, to this date, this pillow is still clean, and still has that very fresh smell to it. This spring I will take the fluffy pillow case off and wash it when I do my spring cleaning, but so far it really hasn't needed it. If it weren't for the cost I almost wish I could purchase more of these to go up against my back,and to hug like a body pillow while I sleep, because they are sooooo fluffy and comfortable, and stay that way when you keep them fluffed up, even after using them for 6 months.

This pillow minimizes my fibromyalgia pain in my neck and shoulders. If you or anyone you know has fibromyalgia, then maybe you know just how extremely astounding of a statement that is. I HAVE LESS PAIN! That's like breaking your leg, putting on a special sneaker, and miraculously being able to walk. I'm not kidding.

HERE'S THE TRUTH: Not everyone is going to describe this pillow the same way! Everyone has their own preference. Some people like squishy pillows. Some people have body ailments (like me) and LIKE a soft but firm pillow. And that's exactly what this is. I'm in seventh heaven right now. Yes, I know it's just the first day. I will attempt to keep track of this and update my review later on.

As for the pillowcase problem that everyone seems to be having, I'm not sure what kind of pillow cases YOU'RE use to using, but I just happened to have a King-size pillow on my Full-size bed and the King-size pillow case fits just fine. It doesn't slip right in with ease, but it's seriously NOT that difficult.

I don't like reviews that say other reviewers are wrong/right, so I'm not going to. But I will emphasize again: everyone's preferences are different. If you don't like a firm pillow, DON'T BUY THIS PILLOW. But the memory foam works fine, it DOES conform to your head they way IT is supposed to, but not necessarily the way YOU want it to. This is not a playdough mold we're making here. Your head is not going to sink into the middle of the pillow in 10 seconds and stay that way forever.

After a few weeks of owning these pillows, they have gone flat and are shedding feathers like crazy. They are not comfortable to sleep on any more since the feather quills poke out of the pillow case and into your face. There is no way the ratio of down to feather is 95% to 5%. I would not recommend these pillows at all.

Ordered these pillows because of the 100 percent down. These are absolutely not 100 percent. They are scratchy and shed feathers (which they shouldn't have any of).

Previous reviews have given bad ratings due to the feathers poking through. Seriously? Sounds like those people do not regularly sleep on down pillows. Eventually feathers will come through no matter how well made or how much you pay. It is the nature of the beast! These pillows are remarkable for the price. Very full, not thin or light weight. Pillow cover is thick and well made. They are really incredible for the price. Sure beats sleeping on foam or polyester fill. I like the pillows very much. Good quality, excellent price. For the "nay-sayers", I challenge them to find anything better for twice the price. I am planning on buying two more.

I ordered these cases to fit my new "cloud" pillows which go with my tempur pedic bed. They are listed as queen size cases but do not accommodate a large queen pillow. Quality of the case is great, it is just not a case that fits queen size pillows well. I emailed the company when they arrived because they were labeled "standard" and was told their "standard" was large enough and was also their "queen" case. Duh!!! I should have returned them, but I had them on the bed for a night after they said they were queen cases.
